Please note that every item is made to order and may vary slightly from the product photo. This is what makes each item so special and wonderful. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they are submitted.
When ordering a monogrammed product, please submit your personalization exactly as you want it to appear. We monogram exactly as you submit (initial order, name capitalization, etc.). 3 letter monograms should be submitted first/last/middle.
Once placed, an order cannot be cancelled or modified in any way. Please double check your order before submitting.

Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be change or cancelled once they are submitted.
All items are created, and made to order. We aim to ship most items within 1-2 weeks of your order. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you. Rush orders are available (shipping in 1-3 business days) for a $5 fee. These orders must be approved prior to purchase.
Items are shipped via USPS. Insurance is available for an additional fee. A tracking number is included for all items.
*We are not responsible for any USPS delays, lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it is the buyers responsibility to pay any additional shipping fees.
**We are now offering free LOCAL PICKUP. If you are in the Knoxville area and would rather pick up your item, use the coupon code PICKUP at checkout. We will e-mail you when your order is ready with your pick up details**
Please let us know if items are needed by a specific deadline (i.e. birthday, holiday, etc.) prior to purchase. We do try to accommodate these deadlines, but it is not always possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items that are personalized are non-refundable, no exceptions. However, please let us know if your items arrive damaged or not at all!
Any damages or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order, so please check over the items ASAP upon receipt.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or washed.
