I have not received my order yet, I have been trying to contact the owner the shop and have yet to get a response on the matter.

Kim was fabulous to work with, and took the time to make sure the chair was done just the way we discussed. The attention to detail and the final product was better than I imagined. This is something we will have for a long time!

DIRECT CHECKOUT, or PAYPAL are the preferred methods of payment. Money order checks are accepted as well.

For CUSTOM ORDERS, a non-refundable deposit for your order is required prior to starting any work. The remaining balance is due within 14 calendar days of the completion of your item, and also prior to your item being released for shipping/delivery. ALL SALES ON CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL.

RESERVE/INSTALLMENT PLANS, For custom ordered items, or for those interested in an available item(s) for sale in my shop, but prefer to pay in installments, there is the option for a 90-day payment plan. Terms and conditions of payment plans are set up and arranged upon an individual case by case basis, and must be agreed upon prior to an item being held on reserve, and also prior to making your first installment. ****PLEASE NOTE, late payments for items held on reserve will either be re-listed for sale 7 calendar days after the missed scheduled deadline date, or the right to purchase will be forfeit. In the event of a late payment, there will be a 3% sur-charge on the total remaining balance for the item. Once total payment is received, equalling the original listing price for your item, your purchase is complete and shipping can be arranged. Installments are final, and are non-refundable.

STORAGE/HOLDING fee, payment for shipping is due in full within 14 calendar days of your order. In the event that shipping arrangements are not taken care of within this amount of time, there will be a $5 per day storage fee applied. Please understand that due to size limitations within my shop, I cannot store your item for any longer than 30 days. ******PLEASE NOTE, If shipping payment and arrangements are not completed within this time, the item is subject to being relisted for sale within my shop, or elsewhere, and prior payments will not be refunded.
All items shipped will be insured, professionally packaged, blanket wrapped and padded above and beyond shipping industry standards. However, please note, Orange and Olive is not responsible for any damage incurred once an item has left the shop. Upon receiving your item, and prior to signing shipping documents ( bill of lading, etc) please take time to thoroughly inspect and ensure it's proper condition. It is imperative to notify the shipping provider on site if there has been damage incurred, as this needs to be documented adequately. A claim will need to filed with the shipping company, and I will do all that I can to help expedite and work through this process with you.

Provided shipping options include, but are are not limited to:

Greyhound Package Express- most cost efficient option, will require your item to be picked up from the closest greyhound station to the shipping address you provide. Delivery estimate is 3-10 days, tracking available by calling customer service.

FedEx, and UPS- Home delivery, 3-5 day delivery, online tracking.

Freight- Home delivery, scheduled delivery, 24 hour personal contact with driver via phone call/text and email.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final.
Additional policies and FAQs

All custom pieces are made to order. Your final approval regarding the overall design, special requests, details, etc, are required prior to beginning work on your item. My number one goal is providing you with a finished product which you will absolutely LOVE! Because computer monitors can vary in which they display color, it is recommended to first view a fabric swatch ( in person) prior to committing to a certain fabric. Fabric swatches can be viewed inside local fabric stores, ordered online, and/or when available to do so, upon request, I am happy to also provide these fabric swatches via postal services. After work has begun on a custom ordered piece, requests to make alternate changes to either the finish, or fabrics are accepted; However, please take note, for any changes, or additional requests upon the previously agreed upon design, there will be an " change order" fee applied to the remaining balance for your item.

Turnaround times for custom orders can take up to 6-8 weeks or longer depending upon the job. I take my work very seriously and am extremely passionate about providing you with exceptional service and ultimately a product that meets your complete satisfaction. Due to high demand, and factors out of my control ( shop limitations, product availability, etc, etc) turnaround times to complete your custom order may vary; however, I will always be in direct communication with you throughout the entire process, keeping you up to speed with the progression of your order, sending you photos as it " comes to life", and updating you as to when it will be complete.

Please take note, I can only provide an estimated completion date, but cannot guarantee an exact completion date as it may vary. All custom orders will be worked on in the order in which they are received, and will be completed on a first come, first served basis. Understandably, I realize certain orders may need to be completed earlier than 6 weeks, I am happy to accommodate your requests. In order to guarantee the completion by an exact date and assure the priority of your order, "rush order" services are available for a 20 percent surcharge.
