From the first time that I contacted her until today when my three custom items arrived...everything has gone smoothly and I could not be more pleased with my purchases! Even though they were special orders, I got them in a very timely manner and they were beautifully presented in gorgeous boxes with handmade paper ribbon and her trademark seal...the best way to describe this transaction was classy...from the seller to the finished product...it just was done in such a wonderful fashion.
