These doors and locks are real. Each of them has its own history, and it is very rich. Like any of us, they bear the imprint of life. Some would call it a flaw, while others would call it a distinction. Where does this door lead? Basement of a bookshop? Music saloon? What is it – a gate of the monastery or a secret door in the wall, concealing all the wire veins of this house? Or maybe it is an old mill?
