Orchestrion's Shop Policies
Orchestrion is run solely by Blayre Foxe meaning you will always be speaking to the same person if you have any questions or queries. I intends to produce quality products for a suitable price, neither over or undercharging for a product. My prices are based on the length of time taken to produce the piece, therefore a print of my work will be cheap compared to the majority of hand-made items. This I feel is fair for both the customer and myself. I believe highly in customer service, and try to keep updated about messages and questions as much as possible throughout the day, I will reply to you asap on both issues big and small. My philosophies are based on what I expect from shops myself, that being decent products, customer services and a reliant service. I also expect to be getting my money's worth and what I want, which is why this shop is flexible to changes to the product and the price (within reason) according to what the customer wants.
I prefer payment through Paypal, as this makes the transaction easier for both the shopper and the shop. If you disagree with the price being charged, i can changed it WITHIN REASON. I aim to dispatch the product as quickly as possible, meaning your time to cancel the product will be limited. However, cancellations can be made up to the point of dispatch when it is out of my control, if this happens I will refund as quickly as possible.
I ship through royal mail within the UK and couriers for international deliveries. The majority of my shipping will be non-recorded to keep the price down, UNLESS it is a large item, or an expensive one, in which case recorded delivery will be used. If you would like to upgrade to recorded delivery, please inform me and I will change the delivery method. I aim to ship as quickly as possible (hopefully within 2 or 3 days of the order). Shipping may be quicker for prints, but that is subject to circumstance. I will keep you informed about your products creation (if it's hand painted) and when it is dispatched.
Refunds and Exchanges
I will accept refunds if they fall into the following categories:
1) The item is damaged on arrival
2) The item breaks/ disfigures within a fortnight of receiving it (this is subject to product, please contact me if you wish to know item specific lengths of time).
3) The item does not live up to your expectation ON THE CONDITION it is the fault of the shop for not promoting it properly, or giving sufficient information.
4) You cancelled after it was dispatched.
5) It has been lost in the mail, or you have not received it for another reason.

Additional Policies and FAQs
I'm flexible with the creations of my products. If you would like to change part of the product (colour, add/ remove/ change text etc.), I will be more than happy to help. If you would like something designed, I would be happy to help and will try to create something for you.
