Shop policies
Our functional art pieces act as a "tool" and carry a powerful life force energy signature that blocks cell destructive EMF waves with a positive piezoelectric charge. Many who put their hands on a our orgone creations can feel the immediate results of energy pulsing into their hands or anywhere they vortex the device over there body.
We LOVE the creation of these beautiful devices and gathering of unique materials that promote the energy signatures that are produced. Each is activated with reiki energy and other creative and healing intentions.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
• Our products are made-to-order and thereby cannot be fully refunded. Please notify us of any damaged items within 48 hours of receipt and partial refunds will be awarded on a case by case basis. There is a 50% creation/cancellation fee.
• Exchanges will be honored for damaged items, if the original item is returned within 14 days of reciept. There may be an additional wait for the exchanged item to be created. Return shipping costs will be refunded if neccessary.
• Refunds cannot be issued for parcels that are not accepted, received, or picked up, and are returned. This includes customs intervention or fees and is considered abandonment.
Payment
• Cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on timeliness, loss of potential work, time, and materials used or purchased. If you are considering canceling an order, please be considerate of our excluding other potential orders to complete yours and please be prepared for only a partial refund as there a 50% creation/cancellation fee.
Shipping
• Shipping dates are estimated upon purchase, but can vary anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Everything takes time to create. If, at any time, you would like to be updated on the status of your order, please drop in and ask anytime, we will be happy to review with you.
• Shipping times vary with international orders and an take up to 4-6 weeks. We are unable to assume responsibility for unforeseen international customs fees, undeliverable addresses, etc. Please verify the address is correct. Each country has its own customs standards and we cannot assume responsibility of any additional fees imposed.

Additional policies and FAQs
• Please do not use Feedback as a means to contact us or to resolve an issue. Any circumstance that needs addressing will much readily be resolved by simply contacting us. You can do so through the link, titled "contact", on the left margin of our shop home page. Thank you!
• Although we give our best estimation of your shipping date on your reciept, delays may still occur beyond that date due to other unforseen issues during creation. We do our best to notify you within a reasonable time to communicate such delay.
• ADVISORY- the last order to be guaranteed and recieved by Christmas must be placed BEFORE December 1st. (Excludes international orders)
