All outfits are manufactured by Sew Very Sweet and Embroidered by Sew Very Sweet. All items are made and shipped out within 3 to 5 days after order is received. This does not include shipping time, as that is determined, by method of delivery chosen, by buyer.

No returns or exchanges are accepted on All items. Due to health and sanitary reasons and safety for Sew Very Sweet and all Customers. As all Outfits are custom made to each purchase and sewn to requested size. Sizing charts and/or measurements are given before purchase is made. Sew Very Sweet is not responsible for miss measuring by customers. If customer has questions about measurements please message me, as we can help the best we can.

If a customer is rude or threatening. Sew Very Sweet reserves the right to stop all communication and report to Etsy immediately.

If an item is damaged. Buyer must submit to Sew Very Sweet pictures of damaged items along with USPS stamp of receiving damaged package, soon as package is received. In the event items need to be replaced. It is requested to not throw anything away including packaging in the event that USPS request customer to present items at the USPS for claims.

If items are lost it must be reported to Sew Very Sweet immediately, so we can find or replace the items (each case will be handled individually how it is needed and it is Sew Very Sweet’s decision on how each case is resolved). If a package is stolen contact Sew Very Sweet immediately, so we can go through the proper steps on resolving the issue. Each case will be handled according to the steps needed to find, replace, and/or if needed a refund.

It is recommended upon check out to make sure addresses are correct. If an item is returned to Sew Very Sweet for incorrect address. Sew Very Sweet will contact customer immediately and it will be the customers responsibility to repurchase shipping. If customer refuses to repurchase shipping only the items will be refunded, minus the shipping that was already used (as the service is nonrefundable).

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours and/or if outfit is not being processed. No credits are given or allowed for any items.

These policies are reserved and set by Sew Very Sweet in accordance with US Laws. Customer agrees to all policies upon purchase and understands policies when purchasing. Customer agrees at purchase to Etsy terms and conditions.
