Returns and exchanges
If there is an issue, we will seek resolve it with you; if we cannot resolve the issue then please return your item to us in its original packaging (or similar) in a saleable condition and we will issue you with a refund - usually on the day of receipt, but within a maximum of 7 business days.
1. Please contact us immediately - to give us the opportunity to help resolve any issue. Our items are very carefully packed for shipping, insured for the full value and sent by tracked delivery. If in the unlikely event your item were to have been damaged in transit, we would give you the tracking number and insurance details for you to make a claim. SEE NOTES ABOUT INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY ABOVE.
Please note that holes, cracks, splits, burrs, natural edges, colour variation, irregularities in the dimensions etc. are features of our work, and not considered defects.
2. If there is a need to return your purchase, please pack the item carefully in the original packing and return it to us. We do not accept returns for items damaged in transit to us - so please insure your return for its full value
3. Ship the item back to us - at your cost - to arrive with us within 7 days of delivery, to arrive in original, undamaged, saleable condition. We do not accept returns that have been used or altered in any way
4. Once we have had time to examine your item we will refund your purchase price, less the original cost of postage. Generally our original shipping charges are not refundable, however if the item is found to be faulty or defective, as a matter of goodwill, we usually refund the amount that it cost to ship it to you in the first place.
5. Refunds are made by the same form of payment as the original purchase. Refunds would normally be issued within 7 business days (and usually quicker).
* You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order through PayPal.
* To make a payment via PayPal using a credit or debit card simply click the payment button, you will have the option to pay via PayPal without a PayPal account.
If we do not receive payment within 3 business days the item you ordered will be re-listed and your order cancelled. Where possible we will contact you via email before your item is relisted.
At this time no VAT or sales tax is payable on these items in the UK.

* you are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, import fees and similar charges imposed by your country.
* note all our items are sent tracked and insured as standard - to enable us to do this our couriers require a valid telephone number for the delivery address (landline or mobile), without this your delivery may be delayed, the signed for delivery option is not available and tracking may become impossible once your order leaves us, even if you have paid for this option and we have sent your item tracked in good faith.
