5 out of 5 starsVery nice assortment. Saved me a lot of time trying to create this sort of effect myself for our halloween party. Well worth the few dollars, as I never could matched how lovely these are. Thanks!

5 out of 5 starsI love the art work and it will go perfect with my project but the seller was awesome. I had issues with I don't understand computer programs and she told me how to fix my issue. Always reach out to the seller first. Love it. Thank you

Will you refund my order?
I will gladly refund and cancel your order, if you have not yet downloaded the files. Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns for digital items that have already been downloaded.
It is important that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me if you have a question or concern with the graphics.
Why is my download a text file / pdf file?
Some of my products exceed Etsy's file size limit. Those products are kept off-site at my file transfer service, WeTransfer. Your download from Etsy contains a link to your actual product there. If you are not comfortable using WeTransfer, please contact me and I would be happy to upload to an alternative transfer service such as Google Drive.
Can I use your images in digital scrapbooking kits or rebrand them for other digital kits?
No. The images must be used in a flattened, finished design or product that is not meant to be used in a creative way by your customer. Digital scrapbooking kits and scrapkits are design resources. Some examples of digital products that are OK are invitations, calendars, art prints, planner stickers, printable party decor and games, logos, and branding materials. Please send me a convo if you have a product in mind but are unsure of usage terms!
I have used your images to make my own textures. Why can't I give them away or sell them?
If you want to sell or give away your work containing my images, it must be a complete, finished design or product and NOT a design resource. Combining images or textures to make "new" clipart or textures that you sell or post for free is not allowed. If you are not clear on what constitutes a design resource versus a finished product please send me a convo!
Most of your papers are 12x12, but my printer only uses standard size paper. Can I still print your images?
Yes. Most home printers have the capability to print larger images two ways. You can instruct your printer to shrink the image to fit to page, or to crop off the sides that extend beyond normal paper size. This capability and the steps to do so will vary by printer. If you have any trouble, I offer free resizing on most of my digital papers up to 10 sets. Some sets do not qualify for free resizing due to the composition of the images on the 12x12 format.
How can I print your images with gold foil?
The gold as seen in the listing will not appear as shiny as in the photo when in print, because it doesn't print as real foil and would be ink or toner on paper rather than backlit pixels. To print with real foil requires a different file setup and foiling equipment. The images in my shop are not formatted for use with real foil.
For best results on the gold, I recommend printing on pure white paper so that the colors come out closest to what you see on your screen. If the image is dark, I recommend using a laser printer rather than inkjet, and cardstock which is at least 90 lb weight.
Darn, I missed a sale! Will you honor the sale price?
I have very frequent sales! If you miss one, please contact me within 3 days of your purchase date and I will honor the current sale price by issuing a partial refund on your order, or offering the difference in more downloads for you. Its your choice!
Do you do custom work, logos or exclusive designs?
At this time due to a busy schedule I am not able to do custom requests, create logos or create exclusive designs.
Why aren't my white images printing?
Standard home printers and most professional printing equipment use CMYK color, but not white. C = cyan M = magenta Y = Yellow and K = black, which you can see when you replace your ink or toner... there is no white. White images will not print as-is on any type of paper, they require design work first. Lightness of an image in print is determined by the opacity or thickness of the color of ink or laser toner used in the printing process.
Pure white images will not print without special equipment.
