We needed organization and direction

We opened this shop in 2014. I own The Cute Tee and also sold ornaments from there last year. I found out quickly that I lacked any organization and direction and it was really hard for customers to find any ornament in particular without looking at every page. So this year I started my new shop, Ornamentz. I am always busy creating and adding new ornaments and have actually been doing this process along with tshirts, mugs, baby blankets, personalized gifts, pillows, you name it my husband and I have been doing this for over 15 years now. We do own websites that have the same items as well but love the interaction that we get here on Etsy. We work many hours and make many late night runs of Starbucks, Mexican food and ice cream to stay on top of things. Rest assured that we will do our very best to make sure that your items are always the best that they can be.

***TURNAROUND TIME ~ ~ Shipping is usually within 1-3 Business days. US orders typically take about 2-4 days to get to you with regular shipping. They may take a day or so longer when we start getting into the holidays.

Cancellation: Due to my rapid turn around time once your order is submitted it goes directly to production and I cannot cancel the order. I try to get orders out same day and this is why I can't cancel the order.
Ornaments: Due to the amount of orders and requests I get especially during the holiday season if you ask for a preview of your ornament you will receive a copy of the design that I will be printing but I WILL NOT wait for approval. To meet my deadlines of shipping ornaments out I cannot hold ornaments aside and wait for approval. So in all fairness I will send through your design and you have 2 hours after I send it through to make any alterations. I am willing to work with everyone and make the changes you need but I also have deadlines to meet. ALL details and changes must be in the notes on your order. I do not have the time to doublecheck convos for details. As of today, 12/01/15 I will not issue replacements, refunds if you make a mistake and do not change hair colors or other changes. If you add nothing to the notes it will be sent as displayed. I cannot cross reference convos to orders and will not be held responsible if the details are not in your order. Please understand I am super super busy and am trying to get everyone's orders out quickly. That means I am spending hours in the shop doing production and do not have the time to go back through all the convos looking for changes.

The ornaments you see are SAMPLE Designs. These are not premade designs. I start from scratch on every design. Especially on the family elf and expecting elf designs specifically, I do not have templates made as everyone's family is different. Please do not assume that I will use the same characters as you see in the design as I will be using the characters that best fit the details you give me. If you need the exact order or size please list this in your order. If no details are given then I will send the ornament as displayed. Also with the elf family ornaments, they will not always be exactly as you see in the samples. I try and make the best design possible and this means that the dog will not always be on the box, this is arbitrary. If it is larger than a chihuahua I usually put it on the ground unless there are only 2 characters. If you must have it exact you MUST put this in the notes because I use my discretion when designing the ornament.
I am NOT responsible when you make color changes or changes to the design. I do my very best to accommodate your changes. For example making a black cat or a black dog or darker color dog will result in a black blob or as a darker color blob most likely as the image will only be about a few mm or 1/2 cm or so. Please realize that distinctive features will not show up well as the entire design will be on a 3 inch circle.

**IF you do not provide a date, then one will not be added. You must include a date for it to be added. i cannot assume you would like a date.

Any difficult design changes and proofs will DELAY your order by at least 3 BUSINESS days.

EXPRESS orders ship the same day as ordered if the order is placed before 12 noon PST. We always attempt to ship Priority Mail shipments the same day as well, production starts early and if the order is not in by 11am PST , then the Priority Mail/ Express Mail will ship the next day unless we have made arrangements with you otherwise. We live in the mountains and pickup times are earlier here than normal.


Regular shipping/processing would get it to you in about a week give or take a day or two, but here are a few other rush options if you decide you want to bump up your processing/shipping time, so these charges would be in addition of the regular shipping charges:

PRIORITY -Priority shipping typically arrives to you in 2-3 business days (not guaranteed).

EXPRESS - Express shipping Order must be placed by 11amPST this is typically 1-3 business day service to get to you depending on where you live (not guaranteed).
(I do have a deadline on the EXPRESS and PRIORITY just for the purpose to put it in here in case I run into snowstorms in the winter. I usually always ship until 3pm of the same day, however with EXPRESS and PRIORITY deadline is 11am)
If you decide you want any of the rush options- just add the type desired to your order notes when checking out or if you see the category that says shipping/shirt options you will see a priority listing and an express listing there.

Otherwise, we ship via First Class Mail USPS. TheCuteTee cannot be responsible for damaged or lost packages. Please make sure to put your COMPLETE address when ordering. Too often people will omit their Suite number or apartment number or not put their P.O. Box and put their street address where they don't get postal mail. We ship via the Post Office, so that is the shipping information we need.

A note about international shipping (Canada and elsewhere) - Unfortunately shipping out of the States first class is slower than here in the states due to customs. However it has gotten much quicker and is arriving in about 10-14 business days. There are times though that the packages can take 5-8 weeks to arrive. This is very seldom, but in some countries such as South Africa, Dubai and Bahrain the customs time seems to take much longer than normal these packages are taking close to 10 weeks with normal shipping to clear their customs. Please use an expedited shipping priority mail International or Priority Mail Express International to receive your items sooner. Please convo me if you need to ship it Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express. Priority Mail International is an additional $25 and takes 6-10 business days and Priority Mail Express is and additional $50 and it takes 3-5 business days. These are business days so Saturday does not count.

Refunds and Exchanges
These are all custom made ornaments and made when you order them. I am human and do almost all the printing myself and make mistakes and when I do, I am happy to replace the product. Please contact me if you have an issue you'd like to discuss, I want every customer to be a satisfied one and will do what is necessary to make that happen!

When you make changes and color changes to the designs, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If your order arrives with defects in the item I will replace the item. My items are personalized items and these cannot be returned or refunded.
Please check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, I do offer a substantial discount off the original retail price on the replacement. Of course, if I made the error, I will replace your order free of charge to you.

**Please Note:
Due to limitations across computer monitors and browsers the colors may appear slightly different on your computer screen than what the actual color shades/colors are. I take the actual design as it is when I save it for web to display on the website and use that to print to your item/items. However because of the many different mobile / tablet / computer items that people use to view items on the internet the resolution may not accurately show the colors. The images you see online are made from the computer and overlaid onto products, they are NOT the actual pictures. I do not refund for color differences.

ANY issues with your order must be addressed within 2 days (48 hours) as scanned by the shipping carrier. After this time irregardless of circumstances I will not address any issues with your order.

**Please Note:
Under no circumstance will we pay return shipping. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If there is a an error in production and you want a refund and not a replacement, you will need to return the ornament at your expense.

Please note**Please include all details on your order. If we have discussed changes in convos or adding of name please include this when you place your order. If it is not on your order then it won't get done.

ORNAMENTS- - I do my very best to accommodate all requests. Due to the amount of orders I get I cannot send proofs prior to shipment unless you want your order delayed by at least 3 BUSINESS days. All complex designs and difficult changes to designs will delay your order by at least 2 BUSINESS DAYS. When it comes to writing the names I do my best to make them fit, but I will not question or contact you if the name is too long. These are APPROX 3 inch ornaments The actual size is 2 7/8 inches so the space to write on is very small. Please keep in mind that I do my best to make everyone's changes and these take a considerable amount of time. I will not issue a refund for character sizing or sizing of names on the hats as this is arbitrary and not the same every time.

All exchanges/problems must be REQUESTED in an Etsy message within 2 business days after your tracking # shows delivered. I WILL NOT PAY ANY RETURN POSTAGE FEES, in other words I will not reimburse you to ship an item back to me. All postage to return items will be paid by the customer.
