Do you bundle?

Let us know if you are interested in bundling items together to save on shipping. We will try and pack accordingly to reduce shipping costs.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

While we always try and pack items very carefully, packages can be mishandled during shipping. All of our priority shipped items are fully insured. If your item arrives damaged then please take it to your local post office and file an insurance claim. They will need the item in its original shipped packaging along with the packing receipt that shows the value of the item. Please do not return ship the item to us because the claim needs to be filed as soon as the item is received damaged, and it needs to be filed at the post office that delivered the damaged item.
