Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me to work out a solution. I want you to be very happy with your purchase. Please note that any items that have been customized or produced to your specifications CANNOT under any circumstances be returned unless Lasting Impressions is clearly at fault.
Payment
Lasting Impressions accepts the following forms of payment:

Paypal (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and eChecks) and payment through Quickbooks Invoicing. If we put together a custom order for you, we are happy to send you an invoice to pay securely online.
Shipping
Lasting Impressions offers the highest quality customer service before, during, and after your transaction. We make every effort to meet your needs in the shortest time possible.

IT IS OUR POLICY TO REFUND SHIPPING CHARGE OVERAGES of $1.00 or more. It is our policy NOT to make a profit on shipping charge overages. Packages are always sent the cheapest method possible unless otherwise requested by the buyer.

Please note that if we ship your order and it is returned to us (i.e. if your address is wrong on Etsy/PayPal or it is refused) and it needs to be shipped again, the buyer will need to pay for the additional shipping charges to re-send the package. Only specific circumstances, such as the package is returned due to error on the part of the seller, or any other similar error will the package be re-sent at the seller's expense. If you decide to cancel your order after the package has been returned to the seller, and it was returned due to incorrect address or marked as "undeliverable", we will refund the cost of your merchandise but not the shipping charges.

Once the item is shipped and we can produce the proof of shipping (i.e. the tracking number), Lasting Impressions is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered.
