The towels are exactly what I hoped they would be. They are perfect for my blue and white kitchen. They arrived so quickly, and in perfect shape--also packaged nicely.

Welcome to OurMommie! I make handmade wallets, towels, purses, and anything else I may feel like sewing up!
Each item is handmade so there might be slight inconsistencies in stitching and sizing but I strive to create a beautiful and well made item.

Colors are hard to show perfectly but I do my best. Each computer screen will show color differently.

Accepted payment methods

I accept payments through PayPal and credit cards through direct checkout.

I refund any substantial overages.
Shipping
I ship in poly envelopes and put items first into clear poly bags. Orders are shipped by First Class mail with delivery confirmation. I have priced shipping so it will include insurance. With insurance I can issue a refund if lost in transit but cannot necessarily replace exact item as some are one of a kind.


I price shipping based on weight and allow a small amount for supplies.
I ship within 1 -3 business days and most items arrive within 4 to 7 days. International can take 30 or more days depending on if it is held up in customs. Most of the time it is not that long.

I am not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses given to me.

INTERNATIONAL is shipped First Class International ..As long as insurance is minimal I will include it as part of the shipping price. But check with me if you absolutely want it and I will include it after confirming the price with you. If the price is more than is covered already I will contact you about it.
Though most international packages arrive in a timely manner I have no control over customs holding a package. It may take longer than expected.
The buyer is responsible for customs fees or taxes or any other charges of which I would have no knowledge.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try to show my items as accurately as possible. I do want all my customers to be satisfied with their purchase. I attempt to show each item as accurately as I can. Please read the descriptions carefully. My towels can be of different weights and I mention the general weight or thickness . This varies because I match towel and fabric color and to do that I stock various kinds of towels. Ask questions before ordering if necessary.

I will accept items for return if it's within 14 days of purchase, in exact condition it was mailed, and in it's plastic bag. I will not accept a return if it has smoke or pet or any other odors.

REFUNDS will be granted in the following cases:

- if the item is in the condition I mailed it
-if the item has no smoke, pet or other odors
- If the INSURED item is lost in transit
- If I ship the wrong item
- SHIPPING fees are not refundable unless I shipped the wrong item
-The customer is responsible for the cost of mailing the item back

CUSTOM ORDERS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
