We will do our best to get your purchase in the mail as quickly as possible, usually within 2 days. All packages ship USPS First Class unless you request another shipper. When it ships, we will send you the tracking info with an estimated time of arrival.

What you will receive is the finest quality hand stitched leather product we know how to make at an affordable price, backed by our free lifetime repairs policy and free domestic shipping on all items.

What you will not get, are business cards, flyers or excessive packaging. We make an effort to re-use packaging supplies and keep what we use to a minimum.

In addition, we strive to use materials in the making of our bags from other Etsy shops whenever possible. That includes leather, needles, thread, snips and accessories .

Free lifetime repairs policy
Our free lifetime repairs policy is for our leather goods only. If your leather product sustains damage we will do our best to repair it. There will never be a charge for repairing a split seam or adding a leather patch to repair a hole. We use premium leathers and thread and each seam is sewn 2 times by hand, so our bags and other leather products are built to last and should serve you well for many years. We are able to replace things like the leather lace draw string for a small charge. We cannot guarantee that we can restore your purchase to "like new" condition. We will do our very best to do that, but it depends on the damage. The only time you may get charged is if we need to order something special to make the repairs, like an unusual piece of leather we don't stock. You will never get a bill you were not aware was coming. We will discuss everything with you in advance.

If your bag comes with an attached ornament of some kind, we will gladly reattach it for free, if it comes off, but we cannot repair or replace ornaments that we did not make.

Once a product is purchased and received by a customer, it is usually possible to alter or customize it if you send it back to us. Please contact the shop so we can discuss it.



*** Leather care***
All of the leather hides and fur pelts we use have been professionally tanned. When we use a fur pelt to make something, we always treat the leather side with a good quality leather conditioner , which we rub in by hand , before making the product. This helps keep the leather side soft and stretchy for years to come.

Normally all of the leather we use will remain soft and supple for years without further treatment , but if it gets wet repeatedly or is left exposed to the elements for any length of time ,any leather may dry out or sustain damage. If the leather product is damaged by neglect or abuse, we cannot make repairs for free.

Most leather care products have a chance of darkening the leather. If you want to use a leather care product on your purchase, you should contact our shop and , if possible, we will send you a few scraps of similar leather to test the product on. It may be best to use the product on the entire bag so it will look more uniform.

***stains**
Preventing stains is much easier than trying to remove them. Normal skin oils will darken lighter colored leather . Putting your bag on a table that is wet or dirty with spilled food or drink, or handling the bag with wet or dirty hands is the best way to ruin it. Before we begin to construct a leather product, we thoroughly clean and dry the table or bench we are working on. Then we wash & dry our hands to reduce the chances of staining, on very light colored leathers we wear surgical gloves while we make the bag.

If you see a fresh stain, quickly lie the bag flat and sprinkle a generous amount of regular flour over it and let it sit over night and in the morning shake or gently brush the flour off. The flour may absorb some of the stain. It rarely does a complete job, but it may help. Never rub the stain with any rag or sponge, wet or dry. This will just rub the stain in deeper.
Trying to remove deep or old stains is nearly impossible, especially on light colored leather. Please contact our shop before using any leather care product on your purchase.

Our family 's handmade crafts

We started making leather dice bags and pouches for ourselves and a few friends , then started selling them in local shops and then here, on Etsy.
Now we try to make whatever our customers want, including custom dice bags, shoulder bags and phone / tablet cases. We recently added hand knitted products as well as knitting supplies to what we offer.

We try to get the kids involved in every aspect of running our small shop so they learn how to buy the right materials, design and make the products we need, package and ship the products and run an advertising campaign. It helps keep us all working together as a team, rather than scattered around the house , plugged into various devices.
