1 out of 5 starsEverytime I order from ESTY WHEN I AM AT MY CONDO IN VEGAS THE POST OFFICE NEVER DELIVERS IT! IF THIS IS ONLY OPTION FOR SHIPPING I WONT BE ORDERING FROM ESTY. I WILL GIVE IT 1 MORE SHOT!

Lisa, thank you for your patience while we worked with the US Postal Service to determine why your shipment did not arrive at your Las Vegas address. They explained to us that the error resulted from you not including a UNIT # in your address. After communicating and working with you every step of the way, we were disappointed that you did not want to have us ship your purchase directly to you via another carrier at no cost to you, and we offered you a full refund that you accepted.
