Wonderful! Great communication, and they made it exactly as I requested. It’s beautiful and such fine workmanship. I asked for glass instead of acrylic, and the way they packaged it, there was NO way it could break - excellent attention to detail. I’m so pleased!

Horrible. Wouldn’t recommend. The shop owner lied to us and the whole experience was awful. Now we have a sub par product due to the owners rushing to fix a mistake they lied about. Wish there was more room to write the story.

Words can not express how thankful we are for Out of the Woodbox’s assistance in creating our squadron a beautiful KC135 retirement shadow box. They not only provided on-time responses to our questions via email, but they made sure to get us our shadow box in time since we are located in Okinawa, Japan. They went out of their way to create us a “how to” video, showing us step by step directions on how to put together our very own shadow box & even sent us additional pins, screws, thumb tacks, etc. in case we didn’t have enough l supplies to add tack our items onto the felt backing of the shadow box. Thank you so much for your professionalism, customer service, and a well crafted product! This is definitely the business I will be going through for my very own retirement shadow box!
