Frequently asked questions
When will my item arrive?
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of overseas orders. I cannot refund or replace until after this time has passed. Uk orders should arrive within 3 working days, refunds or replacements will only be given after 21 days from date of posting. These time scales are stated by Royal Mail to allow the item reasonable time for delivery.
Where is my tracking number?
You will only recieve a tracking number if youve paid for the tracked shipping upgrade at the checkout, all other orders will be sent untracked by standard delivery.
Wrong address
I send items to the address the customer provides and am not responsible if the customer gives me incorrect address details. If the nails are sent back to me due to a wrong address being given by the customer I will re send the item once the customer provides the correct address and covers new postal charges.
How should I care for my nails?
To get the longest wear from your nails treat them kindly. Don’t use the nails as a tool for example opening cans with ring pulls, don’t immerse in water for long periods of time (especially if the nails have transfers on them). If you need to file the nails seal the edges with clear nail polish(again this is especially important with nails that have transfers on).
