Awful! I placed my order as a gift for Valentine’s Day and was told my order would be shipped by 2/5. It NEVER shipped and I contacted the seller three times with no response on the update of my order. I had to ultimately contact Etsy directly for a refund on my order as I still have not heard from them or received the item. Not sure if this was a blind eye from the seller because there are great reviews otherwise but I was extremely disappointed.

The bag is functional and stylish, and made well. Something you may not think of, but is important, is it’s comfortable to wear. The pocket design is perfect for me, and the outside flaps for my water bottle are a great touch.

It is also our inspiration. Our founders visited this vast land in 2016 and were enchanted by it. There was an element of purity to it, of unadulterated honesty. The land was real, it was the provider. It ignited in them the desire to create something that was not only beautiful, but also conscious; conscious of the environment and of people.
Neha was a seasoned leather craftswoman and Gaurav had just put his fintech business to bed. The leather goods market, back in 2016, was polarized into two extremes - on one end, you had luxury brands offering quality products at eye-watering prices, while on the other, you had local, manufacturers selling affordable but poor quality goods often made from faux, petroleum-derived leather sold as leather products. There was demand for products that represented quality and value, but that demand was going unmet.
Outback came into existence to meet that demand. Aimed at the quality and value-conscious individuals, Outback designs products that are in line with the themes pervasive in today’s work and social cultures. We are obsessed with values like naturalism and hypermobility. Every facet of our operation uses natural materials as far as possible: our leather is sourced responsibly, all our packaging material is made of recycled paper.
Outback’s bottom line is measured in customer satisfaction. We want each and every one of our customers to walk away wholly satiated with their purchase. To that end, we are always ready to go beyond our limits to give you exactly what you want; all our products are customizable through and through, ranging from color and texture to size and personalized embellishments.
