What size is the doll or the clothing? Will the clothing fit other dolls?

Unlike baby hats and sweaters, the Dress Up Doll patterns have no set sizes. You grab a skein and knit without worry of gauging. That being said, the Dress Up doll clothing is specifically designed to fit those dolls only, following the yarn choice guidelines. They are not designed to fit any other dolls. You can certainly buy a pattern, knit it and see if it fits your dolls, but there is no guarantee. Also a reminder, the clothing is still protected by copyright laws and may not be used in commerce without purchasing a licensing agreement in our Etsy shop.

You can make “mini” versions of these dolls by simply knitting the pattern exactly, using a finer-spun yarn

The majority of our items are created with wool. We recommend keeping them indoors, away from small children, and to only dry clean when soiled. Our items are intended for gentle handling.
