Frequently asked questions
What if my package is delayed through USPS?
I ship all domestic packages via USPS first class and they generally arrive 2-3 business days after the ship date. I cannot guarantee these times, given that there are sometimes short delays when the package is enroute.
If you have not received your package within a few business days of the ship date, please contact me. I can provide tracking on all domestic packages at that time. Customers can contact the USPS post office near your home to get more information/file a lost report if a package is severely delayed or lost. Once I ship the package it is the customer's responsibility and the customer's property.
If a package is lost for good, and no longer in the USPS system, I will work with you to replace it at no extra charge to you.
