Due to the current unforeseen pandemic, rush orders are not available. As you and I navigate through uncertainties, I recommend placing deposit and starting the design process if you are unsure on the status of your event but have narrowed it down to my shop. This way, we have your design out of the way until you have confirmed your current date. Once design has been approved, I may hold off on printing until you are ready and you receive the go ahead on your date. Please allow extra time for any shipping delays as I can not guaranteed shipping times at the moment.

As paper mills have closed and there has been a shortage on certain colors/materials I would suggest placing full order and confirming colors/materials. This will allow me to set your materials aside or start assembling with the exception of printed items. Once you are ready for the final print, I may finish the printing stage.

I've loved art and drawing since I was a little girl. I have a great passion for anything creative or artistic such as fashion, crafts, painting and much more. I have an associates degree in graphic design and have worked in the field for over 13 years including working in one of the leading newspapers for 7 years. I have also dabbled in paint and started painting about 6 years ago. I am a wife and a mother of 2 and left my job to pursue my own business.

Each piece is carefully created and constructed by hand down to the finest details. Some are sent to print and others are printed on my great printers that I have invested on. I have a great eye for detail and love to make 3D invitations. No invitation is overlooked. Products are created distinctly and exclusively for you. I love what I do and hope you like them too. Returns and exchange details
REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on the custom nature of each order. If you decide to not proceed during the process, you will not be penalized a cancellation fee, however, deposit will be forfeited. Please inform me at your earliest convenience if you wish to cancel. Once a cancellation has been made I am unable to undo and must place a new order if you have changed your mind. The deposit may not apply to a different order if you change your mind or wish to cancel. For wedding invitation policy please read under Wedding Invitations.

MISSPELLINGS/ INCORRECT WORDING
Out the Box Creative is not responsible for misspellings in approved proofs, please triple check all spelling, grammar, capitalization. We highly encourage that you send an emailed proof to a family member or friend for viewing.

GUEST ADDRESSING
When ordering envelope printing services, please double check list before submitting final list. Guest name(s) and address is copied directly as is. No changes will be made on my part. Envelopes are reviewed prior to sending but encourage reviewing.

COLOR
Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your prints may be slightly different. I do match my color swatches but but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary and may be slightly different in between print runs. I do always try my best to match swatches or colors as mentioned to make every print as beautiful. Materials such as cardstock, ribbon etc may differ from phone to computer screen, etc. For this reason, if a specific color is desired a sample purchase is advisable to view in person for color reference. I try my best to guide, however, I have no reference of your colors.

DEADLINES
Please take a moment to view turnarounds. Also note, I am closed on weekends and holidays. I do take vacation dates off as well. I will note on my headline and notify you well in advance before closing. Many attempts will be made prior to my closing. If I hear no response or you do not meet deadlines and you wish to cancel, deposit is forfeited. It is the responsibility to send all information, changes, approval and payment within the deadline upon closing shop.

DEPOSIT FOR WEDDING INVITATIONS
A non-refundable $100 deposit will secure and start the ordering process. The sooner that you can make a deposit the better, this will secure you a time slot for your order. This amount goes towards your final amount which is due before printing. After we receive the deposit the proofing process will begin.

If deposit is being made to hold your slot during my closing time or fully booked and later wish to cancel, deposits are non-refunded. Forms must be sent within the timeline given if placing order under my soon to close for vacation timeline. I do specify my timeline prior to placing deposits and by placing order you agree to these terms.

ALL OTHER EVENT TYPE INVITATIONS
Payment must be paid in full for any other invitations excluding wedding invitations with color choices. If you are insure of colors when placing order please let me know otherwise, items may not be changed or may result in additional charges.
Shipping
SAMPLES
Samples are sent within 2-3 weeks. Samples are not customizable and may be sent in random colors. If you are trying to purchase a listing which states $30 for shipping that is due to listing not for sale as sample. Please visit my shop or convo me for appropriate listing.

Each order shipping cost is based on where you live and amount of invites being ordered. Shipping prices are not included in the per invite price and is an additional cost that is not listed on the deposit listing. I typically ship through USPS carrier but will notify otherwise. An automatic shipping notice with tracking is sent when order has shipped. Please note, I am not responsible for items being delayed, lost or damaged through carrier. I do recommend insurance with your order. You have 5 days to review your order if you need extras, you found an error and need to correct, etc. After these days, the same 3-4 production turnaround may apply.

Due to embellished invitations I highly recommend having your invitations hand canceled through post office. Postage and mailing is the responsibility of the client and I can only advise to 
the best of my knowledge and experience. Out the box creative cannot be held responsible for any extra postage or mishandling by the postal office as pricing changes periodically. I highly suggest ordering a sample.

I am currently not accepting international orders. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please take the time to read policies throughly. This will clear any uncertainties and avoid any misunderstandings. I am also, happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have thoughout the process. Your satisfaction is why I keep doing what I love.

TURN-AROUND TIMES
Designing and or production starts after deposit or payment has been made
(please see below for rush order consideration).

WHEN TO ORDER WEDDING INVITATIONS
Start dates range from about 10 to 40 days from the time that the deposit is made. Timing all depends on how quickly you respond and approve proof. Please consider placing invitation orders 3 to 4 months before you plan on mailing them out.

WEDDING INVITATIONS
After deposit, I will send a list of wording and a form for you to fill out with your specifics.

Forms are due 3 days after sending. If form is not sent during this time, I advise you to notify me as the delay may push back your proof date as I attend to first come first serve. I will then send you the first proof after 5 days or sooner. If this is a custom invitation please allow additional time (5-10 additional business days). You can then make edits/changes and are due within 5 days or sooner. I will then send you the next proof and so on for a total of 3 proofs. The sooner you reply the sooner the process.

PRINTING
The final balance is due before printing begins. After finalized and approved design I will go ahead and start on assembly. Assembly will vary on time of season. Please check with me or the bottom of this page for current turnaround. Typical turnaround times are 3-4 weeks after final payment. Please allow additional time for orders over 200 (please confirm with me)

PROOFS
There are 3 emailed proofs that are included in this process. Please be mindful
of this, an additional fee will be applied if more than 3 proofs are used (unless mistakes are made on my part).

FINAL PROOF APPROVALS
A final proof will be emailed to you right before your order goes to print. This proof once approved by you will be your printed invite.

ONCE THE FINAL PAYMENT IS MADE
Once your final payment is made, all order details - including proofs, wording, info, material choices, colors and shipping information will be considered approved and final. Out of the Box Creative is not responsible for any changes in regards to the ink color, font choice, envelope colors, ribbon material or overall design after the payment & printing has been completed. Once approved it is considered production time. If you happen to change your mind or want changes to the invitation this will be a redo which will be a new redesign and new fee will apply.

SAMPLES
Samples are sent within 5-10 business days

. Samples are not customizable and may be sent in random colors. I strongly recommend taking a sample set to your local post office for weighing, pricing and to discuss the best delivery method for mailing out.

Prices are subject to change at anytime. You will be granted the original price if you were quoted 2 weeks prior.

CUSTOM DESIGNS
Custom invitations are welcomed but please check with me if I am available to accept a custom design. A $50 deposit will be due prior to start of design. Deposit will go toward the final balance. A $20 design fee with a total of 3 rounds for corrections or changes will be added. Your first proof for custom design will vary on my existing production and will typically take 1-2 weeks for first proof. All my samples as seen were custom designs at one point and I thank my clients for the muse and trust that is given to me.

Invitations including photos should be ready as I do not manipulate or rework photo unless requested. Please note, if photo or image needs any photoshop work this will result in additional proofing time. If photos are too small, dark/light or damage I will recommend a different image if necessary and cannot be guaranteed it will turn out as expected as these situations are limited in fixing.

INVITATIONS (NOT INCLUDING WEDDING)
After full payment has been made and all information needed has been sent proof will be created. Colors chosen after placing order may not be changed. If you wish to change colors of materials additional fees will apply. Only 1 revision is made for invitations if requested. This will include color changes. If more changes are requested there will be an additional $20 fee per round of changes. Production will take 3 weeks. If ordering other stationary please allow additional time and check with me for turnaround.

RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders will be considered but please convo me for more details. Rush order fee will be applied depending on complexity of design and can range from $15-$40 excluding wedding invitations. If a rush delivery fee is chosen that will also apply.

Rush orders must be stated when placing order. A rush order may not apply during the process nor after approval. Wedding invitation rush orders will require a 20% additional charge to the final balance.

* As by law online sales will require tax fees and will be deducted automatically by your region. The same tax rate will apply from your location.

I reserve the right to not accept orders based on my production schedule. Production slots are not guaranteed until deposit has been made.

PHOTOS
Out the Box Creative invitations are all original designs. When ordering from my shop, photos of finalized designs may be used. Photos will be used for social media or other marketing tools. Envelopes and invitations including address, email, phone number or other personal info will be replaced and will not be shown. If you have photos you would like to share, please send my way, I highly appreciate it!

CURRENT
Production for months of February - July are my busiest months please allow 3-4 weeks for production (production starts after approval and final payment). By placing order you agree to my production turnaround time. I do try my best to speedy up the process and answer all emails but please be allow 2-3 days for my response.

Frequently asked questions
May I change the colors to fit my theme?

Yes! All invitations may be changed to fit your color theme including paper color, font color, ribbon etc. These are only samples but they are customized to fit any color theme. No extra fees!

Can I change the wording on the invitation or inserts?

Absolutely! Everyone's requests and details are not all the same and are all created to your wording requests. This includes inserts. You may want an Accommodations instead of a Reception or you may want to add of omit meal options in an RSVP insert. All of this may be done!

What is your current turnaround?

Turnaround times will differ from season to season. Up to date turnarounds are posted in my shop Announcement in storefront (typically 3-4 weeks after approval and final payment).

Are rush orders accepted?

Rush orders for months of Jan-June are not available. The remaining months are considered on current workload. Please check with me for availability.

How may I view pricing?

All pricing is shown under Description please click on +more. A brief description, pricing and How to Order is also listed.

Do you have coordinating Menu's, Programs, Escort Cards or other Stationery

Yes! Coordinating Day of Wedding Stationery is available for all invitations found in my shop.

Do you offer DIY packages

Unfortunately, I do not offer DIY packages as I create orders to do the work for you.

How may I customize

You may customize by changing colors, wording, materials such as wraps, adding or omitting pockets, style of envelope liners (pricing will reflect your requests if changing from the listings shown). Fonts are unfortunately, NOT customizable.

Are sample customizable?

Samples are premade and not customizable. Samples ship within 5-10 business days. Price ranges between $9-$10.50 for a sample packet which include shop info and other details including a color swatch card.

May I order materials without invitations?

I do not sale materials only as stationery is assembled and created for you. No items are sold separately.
