Digital Proofing

Overhead Station custom prints and ships your order within 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday) after we receive your approval of the digital proof we will email to you.

Proofing - If you are satisfied that your proof is correct and you’re ready for us to print your order, please use the wording “OK to print per proof” in your reply email. No orders will be printed without your final OK. We do not check wording for spelling, grammar, or etiquette so please double check your text - especially names. If you are unsure about how to word something, please ask us! We’re here to help!

Color Match

Overhead Station has taken every care to provide you with an accurate example of your order, but all computers and monitors can display colors differently. If you feel you need to see the exact color of an item, please ask to purchase a sample. All samples are $10.00 and shipped USPS. Utilizing this service will delay printing of your order until we receive your email approval of the sample.

Card Stock Weight

All of our card stock is considered cover stock and is approximately 80#. Again, if you need a sample, we will gladly ship you one for $10.00.

Card Stock Finish

Most of our cards have a smooth texture. However, some do have a textured finish. If a card has a textured finish, it will be noted in the description of that item.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to your final approval. Refunds on orders in process, but not printed, are issued less a $30 proof charge.

Shipping Method

Shipping Method - All products are shipped via USPS free of additional charge. If you need another delivery method, we will gladly make those arrangements at your expense.

Tracking and Insurance

We ship Priority USPS using their standard packaging. Tracking and insurance up to $50 is provided. If you want additional insurance, we can make those arrangements for you at your expense. Just let us know.

Damage in Transit

We pack all of our items carefully and securely for shipment. If your items arrive damaged in shipping it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.

Missing in Shipment

All products are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. If your shipment goes missing, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. We will gladly reprint your order, at your original cost, and expedite production and shipping from our end. Please allow at least one week for carrier to process your claim. Your order may have simply been delayed due to an increase in the carrier's volume.
