Item was ordered December 19th a Thursday. Didn’t see any tracking information. Reached out to seller. No reply. Reached out again and heard back from seller saying they shit down on the 21 for the holidays and they would make the part and send it the next day. I said that I needed it by the 3rd. It arrived January 7th. The product is well made, fit is a tad loose for the hose side but it was well packaged. But the delay in receiving it is a bit much.

As I mentioned to you, these orders from Etsy go into our shipping software and we don’t check our Etsy messages very often since our main store is our Shopify store and all of our customer service is handled there. Again, very sorry for the delay in both responding to you and getting the product out. it was a hectic time or year for us.
