This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us on Etsy, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect
When you buy from us, Etsy shares the details we need to fill your order: your name, shipping address, email address, what you ordered, and any personalization you enter (for example, a name for a mug). If you message us, we also see what you write. We never see or store your payment card details. Etsy processes all payments.

How we use it
We use your information only to:

make and ship your order
handle any problem with your order, such as a replacement or refund
answer your messages
keep the records that tax and accounting rules require
We don't sell your information, and we don't send marketing emails unless you've chosen to receive them through Etsy.

Who we share it with

Printify, our production partner, and the print provider and shipping carrier it uses. They receive your name, shipping address, order details and any personalization so they can print and deliver your item.
Etsy, which runs the marketplace and payments under its own privacy policy.
Government authorities, but only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as we need it to fill the order and handle any follow-up, and for as long as tax and accounting rules require (usually up to 7 years). After that we delete it.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. To ask, send us a message on Etsy and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also find out how Etsy handles your data in Etsy's own Privacy Policy.
