Welcome to my bead, charm and findings shop. I have a second shop on Etsy called WhispySnowAngel. I make ribbon bookmarks, jewelry, keychains and more all handmade. I have been selling on Etsy for over 6 years. I have a 5 star rating on feedback. If you have any problems or concerns please contact me!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If you are not satisfied please convo me within 7 days of delivery. If you need to return your items, please contact me first. I will accept returns up to 30 days. Please return all items with tracking. The tracking number protects us both! When I receive the items back in good selling condition, I will refund your order. If an item is broken when you receive the package, contact me immediately. I will need photos of the packaging and broken items to send along to the Post Office for investigation.

I accept payment through Pay Pal and Etsy's Direct Check Out.
Shipping
I only ship to the address on your Etsy account. Please be sure your shipping address is correct and check it several times. We only have access to the address you provide Etsy at check out. If you want to ship to a different address please contact me first, and I will send you a confirmation of change of address.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that your country could impose a VAT or import tax on your package. This means when you buy outside your country you might have to pay an extra fee to receive your package. Here is a link that will give you more information:

I ship First Class through the USPS with a delivery confirmation. If items are too heavy, I may choose to upgrade to Priority Mail (US Only). All items will be carefully wrapped.

Orders will be packaged & shipped within 2 business days.

READ ME TO SAVE MONEY - If you completed your purchase then found that you want to add additional items to your purchase. Please contact me. I can refund your second shipping charge or put a custom order together without a shipping fee to combine the additional items. This only applies if I have not shipped the original purchase.

Many of my orders are shipped within the first 24 hours so please contact me as soon as possible if you need your order changed.
Additional policies and FAQs
If there is an item you see and wish to have a larger quantity, please CONVO ME and I will be glad to accommodate your request whenever possible. Some supplies are limited, so if you see it posted it would be best to purchase it so you are guaranteed availability.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes, I do! Contact me with your needs and I will see what I can do for you! I offer a coupon code at all times for 10% off your order by using code THANKS10

How soon will my order ship out?

In most cases, I mail orders out the next morning. I will ALWAYS put up a notice in the announcements if we have an emergency or go on vacation. Then you will be alerted to when you can expect your items.

Can I get Priority or Express shipping?

Yes you can if you live in the United States! You can add Priority to your cart at check out. If you need your items super fast, contact me for prices on Express shipping. Most times Express costs $18-25 depending on where you live in the United States.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your items are damaged in the mail, please take photos and contact me as soon as possible. All packages are purchased with a tracking number. If your package is late please go to your purchases tab and click on the tracking number. Follow that number on through to the USPS website to get the most updated information. If your package is lost please contact me right away. Customer service is priority to me and will do my best to either find your items or replace.

What happens if I purchased the wrong size beads?

If when you receive your items you have found you purchased the wrong size beads, contact me. All items in my shop are returnable. If you need to return your items please package them and purchase tracking when returning. The tracking protects us both from loss or theft.

Please always contact me first if you have a problem with your items. I will do everything I can to make it right. Customer service is priority to me. I have worked very hard for many years to earn my 5 star feedback rating and I would love to keep that! So please give me the opportunity to fix any issues that might arise.

Shipping Address

Please make sure that your address is correct. We only have access to the address you provide at Etsy or PayPal check out. If you discover you have provided a wrong address, contact me immediately. I generally mail orders the next day. Catching this early will help prevent disappointment and upset. If the package is mailed to a wrong address or an outdated address, we cannot be held responsible.
