Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving. If I am unable to resolve the problem I will make a full refund of your purchase price, excluding postage.
Returned item must be in its original condition. You will need to pay for shipping.
My customers are very important to me and I will promise to resolve any problem.

Shipping
After receiving payment, your purchase will be shipped (from holland) within 3 days. The delivery date will depend on the country it's send to.

NOTE!!! The shipping prices for packages do NOT include track&trace or any insurance (or reference number, dutch postal services only provides this when a parcel is send with track&trace). If you'd like me to ship with track&trace and insurance there will be additional costs. Please convo me if you'd like to upgrade shipping (before purchase). If you choose for the regular (not T&T or insured) shipping option, it's on the customer's risk and I can not be held responsible for any loss or damadge on the package.

I package my felt items with care to be sure that it arrives to you undamaged.
I will ship felt items anywhere in the world.
