Seller is super sweet. Boots took awhile to ship but was around holiday time. I wore the boots three times and the soles are already falling off :( Not the etsy shops fault, probably because they are vintage.

Owlhurst Loft Vintage began with a gigantic dinosaur of an antique coat rack salvaged from Junk & Disorderly, a junk & antiques shop in the islands of northern Vermont.
About 6 months later, the gigantic clothes horse had new life, providing a home for our collection of vintage garments.
We are passionate about our vintage fashions, dedicated to giving vintage clothing new life as staples in every closet from Florida to Oregon, West Virginia to California. We believe that classic vintage clothing repurposed can spice up any wardrobe, whether your look is edgy, grungy, preppy, sassy, sporty or bohemian.

A DAY IN THE LIFE. Processing for any order placed with Owlhurst Loft Vintage & Art can take up to 2 weeks, meaning your order may not ship for up to 2 weeks (or possibly longer) after you place it. We do our best to contact customers whose orders we know will take longer to process and ship. If you have any concerns about the timing of an order's arrival, please write us a message when you place the order.
WHERE IS IT NOW? As soon as your order ships, we will send you the tracking number so you can keep tabs on it every. step. of. the. way.
HO-HO-HORRIBLE: Holidays can be pretty miserable for shipping logistics. We're just giving you a heads up that if you place an order over a bank holiday, you might not see your order for an extra couple of days.
SURPRISE! IT'S LOST IN THE MAIL: Don't worry. Every item totaling $100 or more will be insured when it ships, just in case the USPS employee gives you a blank look when you go to pick up your package.
PO BOXES GIVE US THE GRUMPS. Sorry, if your shipping address is a PO Box, you no-can-haz that order. Please pardon our Grumpy Cat expressions while we say "No" and ask for you to provide a residential or commercial shipping address instead of a Post Office Box.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and only if the item is returned within 30 days of the purchase. If you receive an item and are dissatisfied with it for any reason, please convo Owlhurst Loft IMMEDIATELY.
We do our best to provide accurate, detailed descriptions of products merits, dimensions, and flaws (these items aren't new, they're old).
DARN IT, IT'S TOO SMALL! The customer assumes full responsibility for all issues arising from poor fit or unmet expectations for item dimensions. It is the customer's responsibility to inquire about all items' size, fit, and dimensions BEFORE purchasing.
No refunds will be submitted to unsatisfied customers who purchased an item without first inquiring about size / fit / dimensions of items.
If applicable, return shipping will be covered by the buyer. Return shipping must be trackable and include any applicable insurance.
Please obtain a return authorization (RMA#) before mailing any items back to Owlhurst for a refund.
Additional policies and FAQs
OLD STUFF FITS WEIRD SOMETIMES. Not only will old stuff (vintage clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, household, etc) be less sturdy by nature, it also fits differently. Clothing and shoe sizes will NOT be the same as modern sizing. This is why for most items (especially clothing), measurements are listed very specifically and taken with the garment lying flat. We try to provide very distinct size & fit information so that our customers can rest assured their exciting new fashion piece will actually fit them.
IT'S UP TO YOU TO ASK. If you find an item listed on our shop without sizing information (no matter whether it is clothing, shoes, or household) and you purchase it without inquiring about sizing, fit or dimensions first, you take the responsibility for any dissatisfaction that may ensue.
It is STILL your duty to inquire about any item you purchase from our shop, especially in regards to size / fit / dimensions - even if the item's size and dimensions are listed!
We do our best to provide detailed, accurate information about all aspects of an item, but we cannot guarantee that our efforts are 100% accurate, timely, or completely appreciated by our shoppers.
