PLEASE NOTE: All items have a processing and handling time within 1-2 business days of cleared Paypal/Etsy payments. All shipments are thru USPS first class or priority mail. Once an item is mailed, delivery takes about 5-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Although the post office can be very quick at deliveries, there are certain times that a package can take longer than anticipated to deliver. Once an item is handed over to the post office, we have absolutely NO control over what happens to it or how long it will take to be delivered. The post office only gives estimated times. Please make sure Paypal and Etsy have your current confirmed shipping address. Once items are shipped, the address cannot be changed. All items will be shipped with delivery/tracking information.

Additional policies and FAQs

**All tissue sheets arrive folded and packaged in a clear cello sleeve bag . This is for packaging and mailing purposes. Just like if you were to purchase tissue paper sheets at a craft store, they would be folded and packaged up accordingly.
We do not ship tissue unfolded.

**All ribbon comes measured, folded and packaged in a bag. We do not sell ribbon on spools unless you order a full roll of curling ribbon or if the listing states you are buying a full roll on a spool. We measure ribbon with a yardstick (3ft. length) just like if you were to purchase fabric in a fabric store off of the bolt, we measure all of our ribbon off of a master spool.

**We make every effort to accurately show the colors, textures and sizes of the items we sell, however not all screens and monitors display colors in the exact same way. Items that are dyed (for example: gift basket shred, cupcake liners, etc..) can vary from lot to lot and are completely out of our control. The items are described as accurately as possible and are represented in stock photo's from the manufacturer. Another example: If you are purchasing "Teal" shred, then the photo and actual item will be "Teal", however it can vary in shade from darker to lighter and vary from screen monitor to monitor.

Privacy

We do not save, share or keep anyone's personal information. We as individual sellers have absolutely NO access to a buyers credit cards or banking information as that is the responsibility of Etsy and not their sellers. When a sale completes and is delivered all of the information is in the Etsy sales history page which is solely stored on Etsy, not in any of our personal files. We will only use a buyers email address if we cannot communicate about their order via Etsy convo messaging. When a buyer does not respond on Etsy because their notifications may be disabled then we will attempt to reach out thru email. After that, we have no interest in the buyers email address or information. Thank you!

How do I return or cancel a purchase?

At this time we do not accept returns or cancellations as per our shop policies. Etsy does not require a seller to cancel an order, they only provide a "cancellation request" and it's up to the individual seller to accept or deny that request. How long will my order take to get to me?

We have a 1-2 business day handling time on all orders. Once mailed, we ship thru USPS mail and delivery can take anywhere from 5-7 business days which runs Monday-Friday. Delivery can take longer than estimated at times depending on the speed of the postal service and interruptions due to weather delays, etc. Most packages arrive within a week after mailing.

Do you overnight or use expedited services?

I'm sorry, at this time we do not use any overnight services or expedited services other than priority mail. We ship only thru USPS mail and do not use FedEx or UPS. Please make sure to contact us before your purchase to see if we can assist you in your order to use priority mail as an option. We may be able to make a custom listing for you so you can have the upgraded priority service.
