We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Etsy Direct Pay or Etsy Gift Cards. Once the item has been paid for, handling time for packaging all orders is within 2-3 business days and delivery normally takes 5-7 business days (not including weekends and holidays) to your confirmed address you supplied at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: All items ship out within 2-3 business days of cleared Paypal/Etsy payments. All shipments are thru USPS first class or priority mail. Once an item is mailed, delivery takes about 5-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Although the post office can be very quick at deliveries, there are certain times that a package can take longer than anticipated to deliver. Once an item is handed over to the post office, we have absolutely NO control over what happens to it or how long it will take to be delivered. The post office only gives estimated times. Please make sure Paypal and Etsy have your current confirmed shipping address. Once items are shipped, the address cannot be changed. All items will be shipped with delivery/tracking information.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. No cancellations allowed. Postal losses that cannot be tracked in the mail system will have a claim opened up with the post office to try and find it. If your package's tracking shows it has been delivered, the agreement between buyer and seller is fulfilled. It is up to the customer to supply a mailbox that is protected from theft. Any packages that come back to me due to supplying an invalid or wrong address will have a 20% re-stock fee and shipping charges are not refunded.
ANY REFUSED PACKAGE (return to sender-customer refused to take possession) WILL SURRENDER THEIR PACKAGE. NO REFUNDS. By purchasing from me, customer agrees they have read and accepted these terms.

Additional policies and FAQs
We make every effort to accurately show the colors, textures and sizes of the items we sell, however not all screens and monitors display colors in the exact same way. Items that are dyed (for example: gift basket shred, cupcake liners, etc..) can vary from lot to lot and are completely out of our control. The items are described as accurately as possible and are represented in stock photo's from the manufacturer. Another example: If you are purchasing "Teal" shred, then the photo and actual item will be "Teal", however it can vary in shade from darker to lighter and vary from screen monitor to monitor. How do I return or cancel a purchase?

At this time we do not accept returns or cancellations as per our shop policies. Etsy does not require a seller to cancel an order, they only provide a "cancellation request" and it's up to the individual seller to accept or deny that request. How long will my order take to get to me?

We have a 2-3 business day handling time on all orders. Once mailed, we ship thru USPS mail and delivery can take anywhere from 3-5 business days which runs Monday-Friday. Delivery can take longer than estimated at times depending on the speed of the postal service and interruptions due to weather delays, etc. Most packages arrive within a week after mailing.

Do you overnight or use expedited services?

I'm sorry, at this time we do not use any overnight services or expedited services other than priority mail. We ship only thru USPS mail and do not use FedEx or UPS. Please make sure to contact us before your purchase to see if we can assist you in your order to use priority mail as an option. We may be able to make a custom listing for you so you can have the upgraded priority service.
