Saving the world one cloth pad at a time.

I am Teysha Wheeler-LeManski, the CEO of Cloth Connection Outreach Charity (registered 501c3). We are always trying to think of more ways to help people and their period poverty struggles.

I designed the P.A.D.S. pattern to help raise funds for our free program but to also have a pad that is better for you and the environment. Requiring less water and quicker drying time means money saved and water and electricity saved.

Frequently asked questions
Care instructions

Wash all items on cold with detergent to wash away any residue from sewing. Dry on low heat.

Rinse in cold water after using or fold up and dry store in bag until wash day. Cold wash with detergent (and water softener if you have hard water) then long hot wash with detergent. treat stains with peroxide or stain remover and rewash it. Laying it damp in the sun helps remove shadow stains too. Dry on low heat or lay flat to dry.

Slipping Pads

If you pads slip around, try tighter fitting underwear, or wearing bike shorts over top of you underwear.

Snapping the pad tighter may help if there's another snap.

If it's a PUL backed pad, Puffy Paint helps. Just a few dots or strips on the back help give it grip.
