Frequently asked questions
Measurements
All measurements are taken in inches laying flat with a tape measure. Just double where appropriate to get full measurement (bust, waist and hips)
Please ask any and all questions before purchasing!
Can I return or exchange items than dont fit me?
I do not accept returns or exchanges on items with fit issues. I include detailed garment measurements and an approximate US size on each listing but it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the garment will fit their body properly. Please message me with any questions regarding sizing and fit and I am happy to assist you as best I can.
Refunds
All sales are final regardless of fit. Refunds will only be negotiated if an item has been grossly misrepresented. I do my best to accurately describe all items including any flaws, however vintage is preloved and usually has some minor wear. If you feel as though something was misrepresented, YOU MUST CONTACT ME WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. If a refund is agreed upon, buyer pays for return shipping.
How do you measure your garments?
Lay down the garment on a flat hard surface and smooth out any wrinkles you might see.
Bust: The measurement is taken from side seam to side seam directly under the armhole or sleeve.
Waist: This is the smallest part of your waist. The measurement is taken from side to side directly at the waistline
Hips: This is the widest part of your hip, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7–9 inches below the natural waistline. The measurement is taken from side to side directly at the hip line
Length: The length measurement is obtained from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the hemline.
Rise: Measurement from the waist seam to the crotch seam
Inseam: Measurement from the crotch to hem
