Returns and exchanges
Refunds are not available at this time. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping the buyer needs to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with photos of the damage. PLEASE KEEP ALL SHIPPING MATERIAL FOR REPACKAGING AND SHIPPING THE ITEMS BACK TO US. At that time we will decide what steps to take to make sure that everyone is happy!
We ship FedEx or USPS using ground services. Each package will need a signature upon arrival. This is to protect both our clients and ourselves. If you wish to forego signature confirmation you will need to send us a message prior to shipping to confirm.
Please read "processing/shipping time" for exact lead time for each item. Each item will ship the quickest way possible up to the flat shipping fee. Once we have shipped an item we will send the buyer a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way!

All of our lights are packaged with great care to ensure that they will survive any rough roads in the shipping process.

Also we are more than happy to use your FedEx account for shipping if that makes more sense for you. We can send you our location and you can email us a shipping receipt.
