5 out of 5 starsThis seller was a joy to work with. She responded promptly to questions and was able to ship quickly. My daughter's hat arrived well ahead of Easter Sunday, and it looks adorable! The "child size" fits *just right* on her 8-year-old head. The packaging and the extra gift were also delightful. Five enthusiastic stars!

1 out of 5 starsThe hat was not what I wanted (yellow flowers instead of peach, as pictured). The hat was damaged on arrival as it was packed in a soft-sided poly bag with 2 almost flat plastic air-filled "pillows". I had to escalate this to Etsy Mediation who was kind enough to refund me from Etsy itself. I think the seller should have refunded me herself as it was not what I ordered and was not packaged well. I would never send a hat in anything other than a box.
