Unless stated I try to ship within 1 business day; sometimes I can ship the same day and sometimes I can't ship for 2 days (rare!). Most items have a 1-3 day shipping time frame but as stated I try for one! I like getting mail fast too :) Once it leaves my hands it's the postal service's job to get it to you... Hopefully fast💌! Shipping for the US is free for standard first class tracked. If you need it faster please upgrade to priority but real talk: in my experiences with USPS mail from Seattle, it's about the same transit time. Save that money!

No. Unless you can show non profit status and a bunch of documents! We donate money to causes we believe in so our shop items are kind of going to charity as it is.

So we mailed your package and you are wondering where it is and you notice that the postal service cannot get it to you! WHY? We don't know but if you put your address in wrong it might not get to you. You are wondering what we can do...We can do a few things:

*Upon return of the package refund you in full, minus any shipping fees that we incur upon receiving the package back (this is for international orders, domestic orders we don't have to pay for it to be returned). So if you are a US customer we refund in full, YAY!

*You still want your package? Awesome! We will send it to you again (providing you provide us a good address)! You will need to pay shipping again via paypal invoice. Contact us immediately!

You're pretty great, who doesn't love gifts!?! We generally do not include invoices in any of our packages as they are available online to you so your buddy will never know what you paid. We also upon request will:

*Include a note from you

* Remove all branding, your friend will see our return address but no direct link to our shop so you can keep it a secret

*Package it nicely (but we do this with all of our packages) and if you want it wrapped let us know, we generally have opaque tissue paper on hand but we might have some wrapping paper around. We do have ribbon and gift tags though!

We're understanding people and honestly, we want you to like what we send you! If you do not like it, or if there is an issue, please shoot us a message so we can help, we like helping! It happens, not everyone is going to like everything, we understand. If you do not like your item contact us so we can help you out with a replacement or return.

Order Early! Barring that just know that we do try to ship within 24 hours and whatnot. We do offer priority upgrades but heads up to save you money: In our experience first class and priority shipping seem to be the same length of time.. So if you arent on a tight deadline use first class and save money!

If its the holiday season and you need it super fast then use priority and good judgement.

We do not do custom orders no matter how nice you are and how great your idea is. We can customize some of our stuff (message us if you are curious to see if we can do it!) but straight up customizing, no. We keep costs down as much as we can so what you think might be a quicky magnet isnt so quick. Our prices are based on supplies cost and time, so anything that requires more time is charged accordingly and adds up fast. There are PLENTY of custom shops and I always refer potential customers to them (I even have links if you need them! no affiliation but I look out for you guys!).

How did we make something?

Generally it's easy to deconstruct how we make things just by looking. There are no secrets just lots of time figuring things out . We're not doing anything in a secret fashion or too hard!

We do not buy and resell items from China or elsewhere, even our super simple items are created from an idea and just made, by us, in Seattle.

Our supplies mainly come from Etsy! We like to keep our money in the small business area as we'd rather pay SOMEONE more than a company. A $50 supply order to someone in their home vs $35 to a nameless company is way more appealing and way more impactful.

Most likely no. We have been contacted numerous times about subscription boxes and about our items being sold to botiques asking for LARGE discounts. We are a 2 person show and price our items at what we consider a great cost for everyone. Some of our items have very VERY small profit margins, we make themjust because we love them so that being said we cannot do massive discounts. We're just 2 people (with full time jobs outside of Etsy) so us doing anything LARGE scale is impossible and to discount it is impossible.

If you are curious though you can always contact us but don't be too surprised if we cannot do it

I love influencers as they do show me some great stuff; however I also like money. I can offer you a discount and a discount code for your followers but nothing is free. If that intrigues you, hit us up via etsy messaging with links to your socials so I can judge if you'd be a good fit for us and have the influence of 10k plus (non bot!) followers. Also you will need to provide some context in how you will promote the item and a bunch of boring (but necessary) stuff. I might not be a businessman, but I'm a business, man.

You and you alone are responsible for any customs, VAT, taxes, delivery fees, etc that your country charges you to get the package. I refuse to ship anything as a "gift" for fee avoidance. The fees are based off the item price and price paid for shipping so even if you spent under your country's taxable amount on fun stuff the total (including shipping) is what's taxed. Order accordingly and wisely.

We strive to keep our jewelry fun and functional and ridiculously adorable and affordable. Our jewelry is nickel free and made with acrylic, resin, wood, and polymer clay with some zinc alloy charms. This is definitely costume jewelry. This is not Sterling silver with precious metals because if it were our prices would be more!

Each jewelry type is put through a wear test by our exclusive tester, me! I don't test each necklace but each variety type to see how it wears and to see if any improvements can be made because I'm just that extra. I work a boring office job so the necklaces don't get put through a super detailed test but for day to day casual wear I back each piece of jewelry I make.

Probably because I was over it. I've pulled some of my best sellers as making them wasnt fun anymore and if Etsy isn't fun for me I'll lose interest. I have a day job and hate to think of Etsy like my second day job. I really do just like making things and mailing them to you! If I made something in the past that you liked feel free to message me and I might make it again. 🙂 And if I can't make it I can point you in a direction of another seller or explain it so maybe you can make it yourself!
