What is your current production time?
We are currently at a 1-3 business day production timeline! Each and every item is handmade by our team here in our studio, so please allow up to 3 business days for your product to be created. Please note any shipping time is calculated separately from our in house production time. Choose your delivery speed when checking out which will determine how fast your order will get to you after it is made.
How do I personalize my item?
If you are purchasing a product that needs to be personalized with initials, dates, birth stats etc. all info and details should be written in the personalization box or in the notes at check out. For a completely custom design, give as many details as you can. Contact us with any questions on the process!
When will I receive my order?
All products are hand made by our team and made to order. Please view our FAQs for our current production time. This does not include weekends or holidays. All of our items are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Faster shipping is available for purchase if chosen, and we will send over tracking as soon as your package has shipped!
Can I return my item?
We are happy to accept returns on all regularly priced, non-personalized items. Returns/exchanges must be made within 10 business days of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for any returns/exchanges to be processed. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Gifted items can be returned in exchange for store credit only. We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you do receive a broken or defective product, please reach out to us immediately. Please reach out to us for instructions on how to complete your return if your items are eligible!
Is my item machine washable?
While we ensure a bold and lasting print, our fabric is 100% natural cotton and is not pre-shrunk. Items may shrink in the wash. Therefore, we recommend spot cleaning only when applicable. You may iron our items as needed!
Does my pillow cover come with an insert?
Inserts or forms can be added to your pillow cover through the drop down option. Each cover is made with a hidden zipper enclosure on the bottom of the cover that can easily be slipped over a current insert you may already own.
What color are your pillow covers?
Our fabric is 100% cotton and resembles an off white color. They come natural and unbleached.
