It's a very beautiful ring and the seller let me get it sooner than she wanted to send it. She communicated with me very well about when she would ship the item and asked if it was okay to ship it then. I had said no because I was leaving the country. So she shipped early just so I can get it before I leave... Thanks so much!!!

This was a gift for my daughter. It was to replace a similar, cheaper one that she had years ago. It is beautiful, very delicate. She loves it! The gift wrap was very nice too!

Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase via credit card or PayPal. Please make sure your address is correct before making purchases.

North Carolina Sales Tax will be charged to NC residents.
Shipping
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
All jewelry is made to order and ships within 1-3 business days after payment is received. This does not include "custom orders".

SHIPPING TIMETABLE:
Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail with tracking. Once your order is processed and shipped out it can take 2-7 business days for delivery, depending on your US location. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
Please keep in mind that the shipping time should be added to the processing time to estimate a time of arrival.

SHIPPED ITEMS NOT RECEIVED:
If the USPS tracking shows an order in transit or delivered and you did-not- receive it, I cannot be held responsible. Please contact your local USPS office with your provided tracking number or speak to your carrier.
Should you wish to purchase insurance, please request at time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER:
All orders are shipped first class with the United States Postal Service
The customer is responsible for any customs or duties, taxes on their order.
Please note that some international shipments can be delayed up to 30 days due to customs, so please allow extra time for this possibility.
Upon shipment of your package you will receive a shipping notification with the tracking number in your email.
I cannot be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or stolen while in transit with the USPS. Should you wish to purchase insurance, please request at time of purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
CUSTOM ITEMS
Items custom ordered, altered, or manufactured to your specifications (including specific chain lengths) -CANNOT- be accepted for refund, credit, or exchange.

VINTAGE ITEMS
Vintage jewelry items cannot be accepted for refund, credit, or exchange.

CHAINS
If a chain is too short or long, I will not "exchange" for a longer or shorter length chain or issue refunds because an item was purchased with a chain that was too short or too long.
Chain lengths are made available when adding to cart.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are possible within 14 days of receipt "date of delivery" providing the item has not been worn, used, altered, or damaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item.
Only after I have received your item back an exchange can be made of equal or more value. There will be a charge for shipping and handling for all exchanges.
Please send your items back to me in the original packaging via a trackable courier, as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit in the return back to me. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable.

REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your NON-custom order and wish to return merchandise I will be happy to give you full credit minus shipping and, provided these guidelines are followed:
1) The merchandise is returned within 14 days of receipt, "date of delivery".
2) Item has not been worn, used, altered, or damaged.
3) Items are securely packaged, and a copy of your Receipt is included with the return.
4) Items purchased or total order was not over the amount of $50.00. Merchandise purchased over the amount of $50.00 can be exchanged (see above) however, cannot be refunded.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping, including customs fees when applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements according to our sole discretion.

Pinking- Edge Designs will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

REPAIRS
Orders less than 30 days old are under shop warranty and may be repaired or replaced depending on the damage. Items damaged 30 or more days after receipt of your order are subject to a repair fee of a minimum of $9.99 domestic - $20.99 international. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping, including customs fees when applicable.
