Hello, and welcome to PIYOYO Shop! Each product here is handmade with love and care. Most of my items here are made solely on instinct, so please visit often and check for any updates! :)

Please make sure that your PayPal address is the correct address where you want your package to be shipped.

***IF YOU LIVE IN CALIFORNIA: 9.75% tax will applied to your order when you checkout on PayPal.
Shipping
If you would like faster shipment, just let me know, and we can arrange another way for shipping for an additional cost.

- I ship all orders first-class via USPS or Priority depending on the item purchased.

- If you would like to purchase insurance, let me know.

- If you live within the US, you will receive a delivery confirmation/ tracking number.

- Please note that we are NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN items. If you would like to purchase insurance/signature confirmation, please let us know.

US:
Once the tracking # posts "delivered" on USPS.com, that means that package has been delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you would like to purchase insurance or signature confirmation, please let us know and we will send you a new invoice.



Please leave a note on your mailbox to the carrier, tell him/she not to leave the package at your door stop if it's not safe.

We use USPS First Class or Priority Mail within U.S. and it takes 2-5 business days once shipped. This includes delivery confirmation and tracking.

INTERNATIONAL:
Items are shipped USPS First Class with average estimated delivery of 7-10 business days after your item has shipped. In some rare cases shipment time can be up to 2-8 weeks depending on Customs holds for your country.

Please note that we are NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN items. If you would like to purchase insurance/signature confirmation, please let us know.

- Worldwide shipping will be handled by USPS First class service, If you like to upgrade to DHL Express Or FEDEX for extra fees ( it will take 6-10 days), Please
let me know.

- Any customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the receiving party.

- If you would like an invoice, you must request it.
Refunds and Exchanges
Each item from PIYOYO shop is handled with care and is made with my highest standards. However, if you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchase, or need to talk to me for any reason, I would appreciate a courtesy convo instead of learning of any issues via feedback. Allow me the chance to resolve any issues.
Please keep in mind that my scarves and accessories are made by hand, and therefore one may vary slightly from another. Differences in computer monitor screens may affect color. I do the very best to accurately describe the product to the best of my ability.

Most of all, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you feel you like you received something very different from what you ordered, or if something goes terrible wrong, please contact me within five (5) days of receipt of item. I will replace your item or you will get a refund ONLY if the item is returned in new, unused condition.

Return or exchange inquiries must be made within five (5) days of receiving the item and the item must be sent back within one week.
Any returned items need to be in their original condition. Free of any kind of wear or scent.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Original sale price will be refunded, less the original shipping charges $3 - $6 .

**Clearance and sale items are not returnable or refundable.**

There is 'No Refund' if you leave me a negative feedback without contacting me first.
