Handcrafted bath & body

I first started experimenting with more natural body products because of my children's dry and sensitive skin. I started making a few products to see if it would help. After seeing great results, I wanted to make more.

Each order is created just for you so shipping time will vary with each order. They are made quickly and shipped as soon as possible. I take pride in making your order so you can enjoy it.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

I do not accept returns or exchanges because our products are made for your personal use. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so we can discuss a solution.

If for any reason the shipment arrived damaged, send me a photo of the damaged items in the box, and out of the box. Upon receiving the picture, we can discuss a resolution to fix it.

I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Etsy Gift Card.
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. I don't receive your credit card information.

Please note that Custom Orders require payment in full before work will begin.
Shipping
PROCESSING TIME
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

All items usually ship within 1-3 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays.) If you placed a large order with multiple items, the timeline might be a few days longer. For custom orders and special requests- please message me.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FEES
Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers are not responsible for delays due to customs

Please be aware that depending on customs, international orders can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.

PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen packages after your package is delivered by the Carrier or during transit.
