Texas residents please be aware that a state sales tax of 8.25% will be added on to your purchase. I stand to gain nothing from this purchase. I have to pay this to the state of Texas in January of every year. Thanks for your understanding!
If you are asking me for shipping costs and times, please please provide me with your location. I will always assume you are a US customer unless you tell me otherwise. To avoid disappointment and cancelled orders, please tell me where you live.
I use the most economical way to ship your packages. I do not add insurance to USPS shipments so it's on you to ask for that if you so choose. I ALWAYS refund significant shipping overages. If you overpay shipping, you will receive a refund to your Paypal account.
Insurance is only added on request. Once your order leaves our premises, we assume no further liability. Insurance is recommended and can be added for an additional fee.
Also, if you would prefer to tell me what you'd like and have me figure exact shipping with a private listing just for you...I am MORE than happy to do so.
I'm real easy to work with people. Just tell me what you want. Worst I can say is no, right?

Refunds and Exchanges
Most returns or exchanges are not able to happen. We can discuss it as we like to keep our customers happy. So feel free to let us know how you feel. Just don't be upset if we tell ya no, ok?

Most orders will leave our premises within 1-2 business days if the item is in stock. If you are in a hurry, please let us know that.
RESERVED LISTING POLICY! IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ!!
We are always more than happy to set up special reserved listings for you. However, we expect you to purchase your listings within a reasonable time frame. If you do not take care of your business, it makes it hard for us to take care of ours. Unless you make other arrangements with us beforehand, your listing will only remain up for a week. Please understand that it costs us time and money to provide these listings for you. If we do have to remove your reserved listing, the chances of us doing it for you again are slim to none. Hope you understand and we thank you!
