If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis for domestic orders only.

For international orders, I cannot grant refunds for missing items/packages. Please see my shipping policy before you order.

I accept direct payment and I accept payments via PayPal, however, you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

Should you wish to pay without using a PayPal account, you will still need to choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the following page you will see 2 options, the 2nd option allows you to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. Hope this helps!

DOMESTIC:
Shipping fees cover packaging as well as postage and tracking.

Items shipped domestically will travel via USPS First Class mail. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. I am happy to insure your product through the mail service for an extra fee. Please message me should you wish for this service, as it is rather costly.

Delivery is said to take 3-4 business days, *but I have had a few orders take a week or slightly longer to arrive. Because shipping is a third-party service, I am unable to guarantee delivery dates.

If you need something in a hurry, send me a message and we try to work something out. I have over-nighted orders before, but cannot guarantee that I will always be available to do so.




INTERNATIONAL (CANADA, EU, AUSTRALIA):
Shipping fees cover packaging and postage only. Unfortunately, I cannot track international packages at the listed rate. For this reason, should you choose to place an order for international delivery, you must agree NOT to hold PLAY PARADE accountable for any missing or damaged goods. This is a blind transaction for both parties, and you must be willing to accept the risk.

Estimated delivery is said to range 12-21 business days.

If you do not wish to accept the risk of a lost/missing/damaged package, I am happy to ship using a trackable method. These rates, however, are rather steep: Canada $35 / EU $45 / Australia $55 and will require you to contact me before placing your order. In this case, I will set-up a custom listing with the appropriate shipping rate for the destination.

Any and all customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer.




ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS:
Please contact me directly and I will give you the appropriate shipping quote.




MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES:
A package is not considered lost or missing unless it has been undelivered for 6-7 weeks for U.S / Canada, and 8-9 weeks overseas. I will be unable to file a claim for your package until those time frames have been met.

PLAY PARADE pieces are made with all natural wool and rayon fibers. Wool content varies from 20-35% by color.
