Hello and welcome to my shop! I am proud to offer your beautiful rustic chic wedding decor, hand crafted with love right from my home studio. My shop features over 200 original designs for you to treasure not only on your wedding day, but as a lasting keepsake for years to come. I am dedicated to providing high quality items with excellent service. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Returns and exchanges
*REFUND POLICY* Due to the custom nature of our work, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on products. There are no exceptions. Please TRIPLE check the customization preferences left at checkout. No refunds, replacements or exchanges will be given for an error in the customization preferences left at checkout. Please read each item description carefully. For items with flowers, if no flower choice is given, the item will be shipped using a white flower. For items with a ribbon/twine color choice, if no preference is left at checkout either white ribbon or twine will be sent. Please refer to our paint and ribbon color chart when purchasing. We customize each piece EXACTLY how it is left in the Notes to Seller at Checkout. Please make sure you are specific! There are no exceptions.

*INSURANCE* If you would like your package to be FULLY insured, please contact us PRIOR to ordering to add more insurance to your package. If your order is lost in transit or damaged or broken in transit, you must fill out a claim with USPS to be reimbursed. We do not issue refunds for lost, broken, or damaged items. That is strictly covered by USPS and based on the amount of insurance on the package. Buyer is responsible for filing any and all claims for damaged, broken, or lost packages. If you chose not to fully insure your package, PNZ Designs will not issue a refund or a replacement in full or in part.

*CANCELLATION POLICY* Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. For any order canceled after 24 hours has passed, the refund given is 50% of the items price plus 100% of the shipping cost. Please be sure to check our shipping times before ordering. They can be found in each items listing, our shop announcement, and our shipping policy.

*CUSTOM DESIGN WORK FEES* For any of our items that require a custom design:(wood slice magnets, favor magnets, etc...) We work with an amazing stamp designer. For orders including a custom stamp, you get one initial design proof plus two complimentary revisions included in the price of your order. If you need extra revisions, an extra fee will need to be paid to continue work on the design. This fee is 100% paid to the designer and if in the event you choose not to proceed with your order, this fee is non-refundable. If an order for an item that includes a custom design is canceled, the price of the design/stamp (ranging from $7-$28, plus and additional revision fees, depending on the design/stamp) is non-refundable and that will be deducted and paid to the stamp designer prior to the PNZ Design cancellation fee being applied to your order.

We value our customers and we truly want you be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives and it is not exactly perfect, please message us and we will be happy to come up with a solution that fits your needs.
I accept PayPal, credit cards, and Etsy gift cards for your convenience. If making a payment via e-check with paypal, your order will be processed until the payment clears (The turnaround time begins when payment clears). Thank you for your understanding!
Our current turnaround time is 6 weeks from time payment is received plus shipping. I am a one girl shop and I meticulously hand craft each piece to order. I believe in offering high quality pieces, and I do not rush through the orders. With wedding season in full swing, I have a large number of orders to fulfill (for which I am truly grateful!). For this reason, the lead time is 6 weeks plus shipping. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Please note that if you do not leave your customization preferences in the notes to seller at checkout, that will delay your order and your processing time. We ship to the address that is provided to us by PayPal/Etsy. Please make sure your address is current. Orders sent to the wrong address as a result of incorrect shipping information will be resent to the correct address at the purchasers expense IF the package has been returned to me through the mail. If USPS marks the item as "Delivered" or if the package becomes lost in transit there is no action that can be taken on my part and no refund will be issued, so please be sure to TRIPLE check your shipping info :)

*RUSH ORDERS* Our turnaround time is 6 weeks plus shipping. If you need your order sooner, contact us PRIOR to ordering to set up a rush fee. The rush fee is for rush processing only and not rush shipping. Should you require Express Mail, that will incur an additional fee and is not included in the rush processing fee. Please be aware that if we do not discuss a date prior to checkout your order is not guaranteed to arrive before our normal turnaround time. If you are unsure, please ask first. Please be aware writing a date at checkout is NOT sufficient and unless we discuss a date PRIOR to your order being placed your order is not going to ship until the date listed on your invoice in accordance with our turnaround time. There are no exceptions. We also do not guarantee a specific delivery date with any option other than Express Mail. As USPS does not guarantee a date, we cannot guarantee one either.

If you need your items shipped to a different address, you must make prior arrangements and leave the alternate address in the Notes to Seller at checkout.

All items are shipped via the most cost efficient method: If an item (cake toppers, banners, etc) is light enough to qualify for first class mail, it will ship first class. All others are shipped USPS Priority Mail. All packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation :) If you would like Express Mail, UPS, or Fed-Ex, please contact us PRIOR to ordering. A change in the method of shipment will also change the shipping cost of the item(s). Insurance is NOT included in the price of shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: Please be aware, once a package is marked "accepted' into the USPS system, we can not be held accountable for any lost or missing packages if you do not purchase insurance with your package. No replacements or refunds will be issued if the package is not insured. I cannot be held responsible for a missing package *if the delivery confirmation number confirms that your package was delivered* - if you have had packages go missing before, please consider purchasing insurance for your order! Please convo me prior to ordering so I can add insurance to your package. The only delivery method with a guaranteed arrival date is Express Mail. If you do not purchase Express Mail, please note I cannot guarantee an exact arrival date. USPS can take longer than expected to deliver a package. Once a package as marked *accepted* into the USPS system I cannot be held accountable for delivery dates or times.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Any additional taxes or fees from the customs policy of your country are not paid for by PNZ Designs. This is not included in or covered by the shipping cost. Please be aware that we are not responsible for these fees. Customs can also delay the speediness of your shipment. We are not responsible, nor can we estimate and delays due to customs or the Postal Service.

*CUSTOM ORDERS* I would love to work with you to create a unique and one of a kind design just for you! If you don't see something, please just ask. Please be aware custom listings are only active for 48 hours after they are posted.

*PLEASE BE KIND* We reserve the right to cancel any orders if a customer becomes rude, nasty, or abusive. We treat our customers with the utmost respect and we ask for the same in return. We understand that wedding planning can be stressful, however, we will not tolerate unkind behavior.

*CUSTOM STAMPS* For any order that involves a custom stamp, the stamp proof MUST be approved before the processing time begins. I do not begin any orders without approval of the design. We work exclusively with Chastity of the Sweet Spot Stamp Shop, who provides us with the gorgeous hand carved stamps we use.there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on custom stamps.

*WOOD SLICES* As our supplies come from various natural sources, we cannot guarantee any one type of wood for an order. Our stock varies at any given time, and therefore we will use the type of wood we have on hand at the time the order is made. Our wood supply includes hickory, maple, and sassafras. Each one has its own beauty and charm. Please keep in mind when you are ordering a wood slice product that yours may vary slightly from the listing photo.

*LISTING DESCRIPTIONS* Each listing specifies exactly what is being purchased, please understand that you are only purchasing exactly what the listing specifies. Some of my photos feature other items as an example of how the product can be used. Please carefully read each listing to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing- flowers, mason jars, and other decorations are not included, but links are provided for you if you would like to purchase those items from our fellow artist's and designer's shops :) If you are unclear about something, please contact me PRIOR to purchasing to clarify any possible questions you may have.

*WARNING* understand that children can be an important part of your wedding. My son played a very large role in mine. Please be aware, our products are not toys. Our products should only be used under direct adult supervision. Children should not be left unattended with any of our products. Any of our products that have ribbon or twine for hanging PLEASE be aware our products are designed to be hand-held, and not to be placed around a child’s neck. We absolutely do not recommend that you ever put something around a child’s neck. Ever. We are not responsible for any injury suffered by misuse of our products. We size the length of our strings, ribbons, and twine to be handheld. Should you choose to remove these and replace them in favor of something able to fit around the neck of a child or any where else, we waive all legal responsibility. Remember, safety is more important than a good picture. Please make responsible choices!
