How It All Began...
I decided to open my shop on Etsy because I was ready to let my "little light shine". Many of my friends and family members suggested that I open my shop years ago and I am just now starting to see the bigger picture. I've always loved art and ability to create original items but it wasn't until the real estate market implosion that I started to put my gift to work. I no longer had a job and was left with no choice but to create original designs to make ends meet.
To make a long story short, I went back to work because the stress of not knowing where my next dollar was coming from was far too stressful at the time. I thought that would be better, BUT the stress of a monotonous job drove me insane. You know it's so hard to contain a free and artsy spirit, especially with a burning desire to create her own story.....so.....I quit my job to live my dreams and this Etsy shop is just the beginning.
