Quality is exceptional, i honestly enjoy the feeling even new ( normally it gets comfortable after usage and deformation ). A small gesture on the bottom of the bag, a few spares that can save your day potentially. I totally recommend 👌!

Return and Refund

Shipping Serivces
All shipping is done by world class couriers, free of charge. Ensure safety and trusts, class upgrades to First Class Priority are highly recommended with full tracking records. All our packages are well packed with moisture-proof padded bubble envelope with hard cardboard box inside, ensure security during shipping.

Warranty & Repair
All PRIMRIA Products has a limited warranty that covers defects or wear for 3 years after the original purchase date. We will repair or refurbish your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your straps through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, scratches, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests.
Return Postage is paid by client, we will cover the re-send postage once the products is received - Please contact Customer Support to schedule.
Does this item includes watches and bands?
All of our items are sold with watch bands only, watches are not included. The watch product photos are only for visual reference.
What is the shipping cost & tariff to the United States?
Free US & Worldwide delivery - For shipments to the United States, import duties and tariffs are currently covered by our courier and ourselves at this moment. However, this coverage is subject to change based on updates to U.S. customs policies.
