Please make note of the shipping rates and refund policy, and feel free to contact PROCOPIOdesign with any questions.
Payment needs to be made as soon as possible, and if not made within 10 days, I will cancel the order.
I will ship the order within 24 hours of payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges
No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Refunds are only accepted if the piece is broken due to the shipping process or has not been successfully delivered. Though PROCOPIO designs are produced to be wearable, the vintage elements used to create these jewelry pieces may be fragile and some irreplaceable elements may be missing. No refund will be made if a vintage elements breaks.
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return a piece broken because of the shipping process, you should mail your product to: Bernoullistrasse 8, 4056 Basel, Switzerland
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
