I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

♥ I want you to be happy with your purchase .If for any reason you are not, please contact me within 7 days of receipt and I will be happy to offer a refund if your item is within the guidelines listed below:

♥ Regarding custom and bridal orders,initial necklaces,
Initial bracelets,any personalized goods.
Custom orders are final and not returnable,
unless there has been some error in my part or the piece is faulty.

♥ All earrings are final sale

♥ All Items must be in original packaging and unworn.
Refunds can only be issued via the same method as the purchase

♥ Please contact us before returning any goods so we can provide you with the address for our Studio to ensure receipt and that your credit is applied against your account.

♥ PLEASE NOTE: Items received without return request, will be refused or returned at customers expense. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt in the original unused condition. Items must be wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a bubble mailer to protect for damage. Refund is ALWAYS LESS the shipping fees.

♥ Orders that have been customized with custom cards/ graphics that are eligible for return will have a 25% restocking fee deducted from the credit owed. Kindly note, these cards are sourced out to a graphic designer and costs are incurred on our behalf to make them.

♥ Orders that have been customized with with requested chain lengths are eligible for return will have a 25% restocking fee deducted from the credit owed.

♥ Cancellations - We will gladly cancel orders before they ship if we are able. Please note that cancellations on orders that are customized are only possible if we have not started production. If we have started to make your piece a refund/ cancellation will NOT be possible.

♥ I cannot refund the cost of shipping and if you return it for any reason it will not include the cost of shipping, just the price of the item.

♥ Regarding Exchanges - Please be certain of the length and metal finishes you choose. If length ordered is too short, too long, or the wrong finish, there will be a shipping and handling charge of $12.00 domestic delivery, and $14.00 international delivery to "exchange." This is available to customers within 7 days of receipt of their order. Item can only be exchanged if it is unworn and in re-sellable condition.

♥ Please remember we are a handmade jewelry shop and all items are made by us . There may be slight variances in our products as they are all handmade.

♥ Kindly note, we ship from both the USA and Canada. Currently, we will require all packages
to go to our Canadian address as our NY location is unable to accept packages at this time :)

Although the majority of these packages do arrive within the guidelines some packages may be slowed by customs and this is not within my control. Your patience is appreciated ♥

♥ If you wish to have tracking with your order please contact me for shipping rates to your area if you do not see the option in the shipping drop down menu at check out.

♥ We ship from BOTH Canada and the USA! We will use Canada Post for Canadian orders and USPS for USA orders :)

♥ All U.S. orders take approx 2-5 BUSINESS and provide tracking. If you need it faster please see the shipping drop down menu for rates and speeds.

♥ I DO NOT CONTROL THE MAIL. Please note ONLY UPGRADED EXPRESS SERVICES ARE INSURED and lost packages using the regular service are not my responsibility.

♥ All Canadian orders take and AVERAGE of 2-8 BUSINESS days to arrive once shipped and can take longer depending on your location and delays experienced by the shipping company. This regular letter service does NOT provide tracking. If you would like tracking please convo me and I will upgrade your service or use the shipping drop down menu to select a faster service when you add the item to your cart.

♥ All International orders take an AVERAGE of 2-8 weeks to arrive once shipped. This regular service does NOT provide tracking. If you would like tracking you will need to upgrade your service. Please convo me for rates in your area.

♥ Please keep in mind that I am NOT a shipping company and cannot make guarantees on a service that I do not provide. If you have questions I will do my best to answer them but delays are out of my control.

♥ Note for all countries including Canada - Larger bridal orders may require a longer lead time.

♥ HOLIDAY ORDERS may take longer to arrive due to high volume of shipping during the Christmas season.

♥ Please note all packages are shipped via regular letter service and do NOT provide tracking. The timeframes listed below are not guaranteed arrival times but are general guidelines of when you can expect your order. Although the majority of these packages do arrive within the guidelines provided by the shipping company delays can be experienced.

♥ Mislabelled/ Addresses packages for USA orders - Please note we ship from a US shipping port. If your package is shipped with an address that has errors and gets returned to sender we will NOT receive it back immediately. It will take 1-5 months for us to get the parcel back and this out of our control and unfortunately some of these parcels may become lost. We will ship the package out again as soon as we are able with your corrected address.

♥Engraved customized orders, if a font style is not selected we will contact you first, if we don't hear back we will use our default font in order to get the jewelry out in a timely manner.

♥ If you have questions regarding your order convo me. Please do not use email as it creates a challenge for me to respond timely and note any changes. If I am emailed a change of address or order detail change via email I cannot guarantee that I will get these it time and will not be responsible for these items.
