I ship all items sent overseas using Registered Mail and provide the registration number to the buyer upon shipment. Buyers in the United States may track their packages at the United States Postal Service (USPS) Web site at http://www.usps.com/ using this registration number.
Unfortunately, unlike the Turkish Post, the USPS does not provide detailed tracking info once the package has reached the United States and is placed under their care until delivery to the recipient. As such, I cannot and do not accept any responsibility for packages lost or not delivered once the package has been handed over to the USPS and the Turkish Post tracking info positively indicates this is the case.
If you have not received your package in a timely manner and the information from Turkish Post and/or USPS indicates the package has been handed over to USPS, you will need to contact them directly to inquire. I will, of course, do my best to help by providing any and all supporting information/documentation I have from the Turkish Post which works very reliably. I sincerely apologize otherwise for any inconvenience this may cause, but I am unable to assist further given the inefficiencies and unreliability of the USPS
I have no any lost and/or undelivered pack experience since 1999 on eBay and since 2009 on Etsy.
