Unfortunately the delivery person acted very recklessly with the package and while trying to stuff the envelope into my postbox they damaged both my postbox as well the item inside despite a big FRAGILE label on the package. The seller offered refund or replacement which I found very nice. However I could imagine in future, better packaging might prevent similar issues.
