🎁 If you purchase something from us and need it gift wrapped, we now offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. If you purchase an item & select GIFT, we will add a GIFT BOW and note as a curtesy. Just check the box "This order is a gift" at checkout. Receipts wont be sent when items ship as a gift.

🤚🏾 All custom items are handmade. We do not have a inventory and due to this fact, we ask our customers to allow us time to build and be creative with each piece that we make. Depending on our workload, items may ship sooner but sometimes it can ship later than the ship date shown on your Etsy invoice. **If you need a rush on your items, we now offer express shipping. 💰 Yes. On all items that are handmade by us. We offer a 30 day warranty on all parts other than normal wear and tear. If an issue arises with a Padstyle product and it is due to workmanship, a warranty will be granted.

💨 Yes. We have this option for certain items for an additional fee. This will guarantee that your order ships within an allotted time frame. *exclusions may apply. Message us for details.

💵 Lost/ Damage Packages- We are NOT responsible for packages lost/damage during shipping. This liability will be placed on the shipping company and it will be the shipping companies responsibility to compensate you/and or PadStyle Interiors for any damages caused during shipping. If your package does not arrive please use your Delivery Confirmation number and check with your local Post Office or FEDEX to file a claim. If your item is damaged, please contact us PROMPTLY with picture of the damaged goods. You have 3 days of package delivery receipt to report any damage.

☎️ Yes. Please understand that we are a small business, so we don't have a customer service line to take calls. All calls with us have to be pre-scheduled. The best and fastest way to communicate with us is here via Etsy message. We can answer basic questions but for a detailed call you will have to schedule a consultation. You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and this is still contingent based on owners discretion. Due to the fact that most of our products are handmade, we take a loss if someone cancels once production has begun. If a cancellation is grated, you may be charged a 20% restock fee for our inconvenience.

📦 Once we say that your order is complete, this means a label has been created and USPS/FED EX will pick up the package the next business day. Please wait 24 hours before tracking info is updated. If after 24 hours, your item status is still reading "label created" it usually hasn't been scanned by the shipping company yet but this doest mean that it isn't within their possession. After 48hr, if you are still not seeing movement, please contact us.
