Love the colors and the stitching of my company name. She matched the pillow to my yoni cushion. The cushion looks and feels study and comfy.. How Does Vaginal Steaming Work?
Yoni Steam Herbs are a holistic way of detoxing and rejuvenating the vagina and uterus. Keep in mind that the vagina is a self cleaning organ; however, just as one would take supplements to assist other sytems in the body, yoni steaming does that for the vagina and uterus as well.
Use our Melanin Rich Steaming Herbs (sold on our site) created by Hebalist Kathleen Richardson and add them to water and boil them in a pot (sold on our site. You never want to use plastic). To activate the herbs, allow them to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Next you will place your pot inside one of our beautiful Yoni Steam Stool (sold on our site). Test the temperature of the steam with your forearm. Remove your clothing from the waist down. Cover the lower part of your body with a blanket or something similar. Ensure that it covers your entire lower body, down to the floor so the steam is contained. Sit in a position that is comfortable for you and allows the steam to travel to the vaginal canal and rectum. Be careful not to burn yourself.

🤚🏾Returns on Custom Work: We take true pride in our craft and will go to great lengths to ensure that the piece you receive is exactly what you want. Because each piece is custom made, items CANNOT be returned for a refund and projects cannot be cancelled once production has started. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your item upon receiving it, reach out and our team will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our abilities.
👍🏾Returns on items purchased from Inventory:
You are guaranteed to be 100% satisfied with anything you order. If you are not happy for any reason (or no reason at all) you can return it for a full refund. *All returns MUST be undamaged and returned within 7 days. We DO NOT pay shipping cost for returns.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, your refund will be cost of purchase minus shipping. The cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
📭To be eligible for a inventory refund, we need to hear from you within 3 days upon receipt of your package. Also, you should return your item within 10 days after receipt. After 14 days, we will not accept your return. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
There are situations where only partial refunds will be granted. These situations include, but not limited to the following:
1. if item is not in its original condition or
if item is damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or not in original packaging. Under these situations, we reserve the right to determine the refund amount based on the condition of the item. Once your return qualifies for a refund, we will process it and an email will be sent to you in response to your refund. Material used in construction of our stools/cushions :
Plywood - we use PureBond plywood which is formaldehyde-free
Inside insulation - we use a metalized bubble insulation that stops heat transfer. The material is FDA compliant for contact with food and storing medical supplies. Provides an effective barrier against moisture, vapor and odors.
Vinyl / Marine grade vinyl (also know as PVC) - PVC (sometimes simply referred to as “vinyl”) is perhaps best-known for its durability, but it also receives high marks for its sustainable attributes. PVC is extremely low- maintenance, easily recyclable, and it doesn’t off-gas or leach harmful chemicals if it comes in contact with heat or water. PVC has come under fire by the “green” community over the last twenty years for containing hazardous materials and releasing toxic chemicals during manufacture and disposal; however, marine vinyl/PVC is safe and is used in the medical and hospitality industry. Also, once PVC is produced, the chemicals that go into creating it is no longer emitted, so it doesn’t pose a threat to anybody who uses vinyl. We use Aquaguard® Marine Vinyl which is also Waterproof and Fire Retardant. A substantial volume of research and over 50 years of experience, support the fact that PVC can be safely used even in the most sensitive of applications (such as medical devices).We encourage those who purchase these products to do proper research and read description thoroughly before purchasing.
**Organic Vinyl: This new vinyl was created for those who are still skeptical of PVC. This vinyl is free from all phthalates listed in CAL Prop. 65 and CPSIA and will NOT contain lead or formaldehyde. The fabrics will also be BPA Free and TRIS Free and will NOT contain Conflict Minerals. Upholstering our stools with this vinyl is extra. **Contact us for pricing on a stool with this new organic vinyl.

Gift wrapping and packaging
🎁 If you purchase something from us and need it gift wrapped, we wont gift wrap it, but we will add a gift bow and note as a curtesy. Just check the box "This order is a gift" at checkout. Receipts wont be sent when shipped.
Why do custom items take so long to ship?
🤚🏾 All custom items are handmade. We do not have a inventory and due to this fact, we ask our customers to allow us time to build and be creative with each piece that we make. Depending on our workload, items may ship sooner but sometimes it can ship later than the ship date shown on your Etsy invoice. **If you need a rush on your items, we now offer express shipping. Please view our listing for this option.
Do you offer a warranty?
💰 Yes. On all items that are handmade by us. We offer a 30 day warranty on all parts other than normal wear and tear. If an issue arises with a Padstyle product and it is due to workmanship, a warranty will be granted

Why do I have to pay extra to get my items quicker?
💵 PadStyle Home & Spa Interiors products are in high demand. We service homes and Spa’s across the United States and abroad. Due to this fact, we had to extend our ETA. We consistently have people contacting us that are having Grand Openings and are needing their stools ASAP. We are a small family business that handcraft the majority of our products and such demand are costly. In addition to that, handmade items take time and as the old adage goes “time is money”. If a customer wants their order quicker than the estimated ship date, they will have to pay extra for this convenience.
Can I speak to a LIVE person before I order / about my order?
☎️ Yes, but please understand that we are a small business so we don't have a customer service line to take calls, so all calls with us have to be pre-scheduled. The best and fastest way to communicate with us is here via Etsy message.
I need my order quickly for a grand opening. Can you assure that I get it on time?
❓No. We cannot guaranteed that you will get your order on time. Once you purchase, we will give you an ESTIMATED time for shipment. This is an estimate. The time could be sooner or later than the date set. Once we ship, it usually take 2-3 business day; however this is not a guaranteed either. We recommend that if you are having a grand opening that you make sure you have your items in hand FIRST before scheduling an event. DO NOT assume that your order will ship on schedule. The only guarantee that we can make is with our Express Que Fee and that guarantee is that your order will SHIP within the allotted time frame. This does not cover delivery issues once the package is in the shipping companies hands.
What shipping company do you use?
🚛We use multiple shipping companies as needed. For our smaller items, like towels, we usually ship via the United States Postal Service. We use UPS for our stools and bulk shipments, and we use FEDEX freight to ship our luxury Queen steam thrones. A tracking number will always be provided.
