2 out of 5 starsCustomer service is horrendous and slow. Every time I reached out I wouldn’t receive a response until weeks later. Also took forever to ship out. I didn’t received for over a month. Seller never sent me pictures of the colors when I reached out for the order. Now she won’t refund me for the color is completely different than the images and what I ordered. I’m not going to pay for shipping to ship back when it will be half the cost of the product. What a waste of energy and time.

3 out of 5 starsI guess it's my fault since the product says "red" under the pictured item that is red, black & green. I thought it would be the same as the picture but it's still very nice. The delivery situation was horrible though. I finally received confirmation of shipping on the date I was previously informed would be -the delivery date. I had so much trouble coordinating schedules & being on the lookout.
