2 out of 5 starsThe stitching was not as I expected...black thread was utilized on color towels as opposed to the color of the towel. The embroidery was nice on the front, but when you look at the back, time was not taken to remove the backing so the white pieces are still visible

Hello. I am sorry that you were unhappy with your purchase. You should've recieved instructions that we recommend that you wash you towels before use. One reason is because sometimes not all the excess backing comes off, but the backing will dissolve once wet. As far as the stitching, that was just a preference used to match the embroidery color on your towels, but I will consider that as an option for my customers in the future.
